After over 12 years, I'll be moving on to Costco. It sucks because I have always loved this store. Made an appointment, brought car in, 2 hours later, not even a call. I had to call. I just picked my car up and asked for my key. I grabbed the key from his hand swiftly, no yanking. And the only reply is "you didn't have to snatch it sir. I did not snatch the key, I did grab it swiftly so that I could get out without showing my frustration. But, oh well. That didn't work, still had to stop and tell him why I grabbed the key that way because, even though I never once got an apology for not only not getting a call, I hurt his feelings by grabbing the key too swiftly (again, there was no yanking or pull away from him). I was really trying to just get in and get my car and get out of there. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time.

Unapologetic, hateful, severely lacking in customer service. Sometimes it's not about what you say, Chris, but how you say it. I brought My other vehicle to the new mechanic just to have them check the new battery Crossroads put in due to on going issues. I was shown where the battery wasn't bolted back in place and one of the connectors had been broken. I'll have to take my car it to the dealership to have it replaced. I've gone to Crossroads for several years. they were bought out and have gone downhil And no longer have great customer service.
