This week I contacted them regarding the cruise control on my wife's explorer They could have immediately had me come in for repair but instead made me aware of a possible recall from ford that might cover the cost of repair. After we contacting Fitzpatrick we were advised our model was not included. So we dropped off our car Friday night and picked it up Saturday. Great job guys. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Took my car in for low tire pressure told me they couldn't find anything even out it in a water bath to see if airbubbles would show the issue. I took my car to a different mechanic and in 5 minutes he found the nail in the tire. I asked him to check the battery Crossroda replaced and was told the connectors were loose. I brought My other vehicle to the new mechanic just to have them check the new battery Crossroads put in due to on going issues. I was shown where the battery wasn't bolted back in place and one of the connectors had been broken. I'll have to take my car it to the dealership to have it replaced. I've gone to Crossroads for several years. they were bought out and have gone downhil And no longer have great customer service. read more

so crossroads put a used engine in my car around September of last year maybe October I don't drive often so didn't notice oil usage why would I shouldn't have to add oil to new replaced engine for at least 3000 miles loaned my car to my daughter for her take kids to lake the engine blows less than 3000 miles almost 8000$ in expense for so called used engine and this is not to mention I took my car back three seperate occasions one for non crank issue they assured me charging system was fine come to find out was broken wiring harness to starter they installed and twice I took my car back cause sterrring wheel was sideways to be reset they kept saying you need something else every time I went firstly rac o pinion then rotors trods they couldn't align it until I replaced all those things which I did before my daughter used it and it blew the engine have called been out in hold four times still have not had call back to rectify the situation my car is now at Mavis in eastonalle or taccoa ga and I've emailed man above left text for shop not so much as call back read more

I've come here a couple times now for service inspection as well as a recent tune up on Subaru. Got swindled into paying over 2k for said tune up. I've been told now by 3 different people who have said the new management at Crossroads is sketchy and dishonest. I only wish I had heard this prior to coming and giving them my money. read more

The only reason I picked this place is because my car started blowing smoke in the parking lot next to it and I thought I'd save some time and money from towing and just pull it into their lot. Worst mistake ever. It took them three days to even look at it. They quoted me over $500 and I agreed. Labor was 2.5 hours at $145 an hour to change three hoses. They even left the inspection fee of $145 on there which blew my mind because every other place I go to waives that fee if we get serviced through them. After completing the hoses they said my radiator was cracked and quoted me another $600 to replace it. I declined and they said they'd do it for $300 (how shady are you, seriously??) and I still declined and took it somewhere else. I've lived here my whole life and have only heard negative things about this place so I've managed to avoid it so far, I'll definitely never be back. read more

The service could not have been any better! Roger was extremely informative and kind every step of the way. We owned this future welding rig for less than 24 hours before it broke down and needed a tow. Roger was quick to answer the call and give me the go ahead to have it towed to his shop Crossroads Automotive. He did the diagnosis the very next day. And he had it returned to me within two business days! His prices were extremely fair and he was even willing to price match from outside sources. However, he did not need to match because his prices were the best prices!! My husband is excited to get his truck back and start getting his rig put together for his mobile welding service. i decided to return to Crossroads and give them another try after trying them first in November of 2021. I had gone in to have them investigate a noise I was hearing that I described to them as a scrubbing noise which seemed to be coming from the rear of the car. The technicians who researched the issue needed to remove the tires. Unfortunately, when my tires were reinstalled after inspection, the hub caps were not properly secured and could be seen rolling off the car in the rear view mirrors as I was driving away. They ultimately ended up purchasing replacement hub caps, which the manager was completely willing to do without hesitation. I no longer have four matching hubs, but at least they cared enough to replace the hub caps. That inconvenience led to my not wanting to return to the shop. Someone in traffic had yelled out to me that my tail lights were out. As it has been about a year since my last visit and I happened to be in the area, I decided I would stop in again to Crossroads to have them quote me a price for the repair. When I went in, I told them at the counter that I was advised by someone passing that I had a tail light out, but I didn't know which side was out. I asked if they would check it out and confirm a light is out and to let me know which side was out. (Left or right) After I had waited about 30 minutes and was not seeing my car brought in, nor anyone speaking to me about it, I walked out to my car. While I was standing out near my car, a technician came out to the car and advised that he was coming to check my car out. He drove my car into the shop and I went back into the waiting room. After another 30 minutes, I went to the counter to ask the gentleman at the counter (Dillon) if I had time to go across the street to the McDonalds. He advised that they were "almost finished" and suggested that I waited. I waited another 15 minutes and overheard Dillon asking the technician who was working on my car "what's the hold up on the bulb replacement?" The technician responded, "we're having to wait for the bulb to get here." (Meaning, not only were they not almost finished like he had said earlier, but the bulb to replace the tail light wasn't even there!) They never even made me aware of which light was even out. When I, asked again if they could verify they had the correct phone number for me so that I could leave and go across the street to the McDonald's, Dillon apologized and confirmed they would contact me. I was at the McDonald's across the street long enough to place an order, eat it and then go back over without ever being called. As I was walking back to the shop from the McDonald's I could see my car being pulled out of the shop into the parking lot. When I went up to the counter, I was allowed to check out. I was given a price and nothing was ever mentioned as to what was repaired. When I received my bill, I saw that I was charged for a tail light and a tag light. (They should have at least made me aware the additional light was out before repairing it.) Nevertheless, I was glad to have the lights repaired, although, I never checked the work they had done (my fault), nor had I been into my hatchback, which is where the tail light repair was accessed. I just trusted it. About two days later I went to the rear of my car to get something from my hatchback and noticed the panel wasn't fully replaced (exposing the cords) and there was small round hole in the panel! Quite shocked and rather irritated, I had predetermined I could probably find something at the local "Pull-A-Part" to replace the panel, but I felt obligated to phone and make Crossroads aware of the issue. I spoke to Dillon on the phone and he asked if I would bring the car to the shop so that he could review the issue. I took the car back on Saturday 10/8. Dillon was very concerned and as they always seemed to be genuinely concerned with making the situation right, inspecting the panel and agreeing to "see what he could find" and agreeing that he would phone me if he could find something. (Why wouldn't they say something to me about any damage to my car previously if they were having trouble?) To my surprise, Dillon phoned me and advised the part was in and made arrangements with me for 10/22 for having it installed. He mentioned that he wouldn't be there that day, but that he had made "Mr. Roger" or "Austin" aware of it. I came in on Saturday. Shortly after that I could see the technician going out to the car with the panel, which seemed strangely wide to me, but I'm not an expert. The technician soon returned and I could see Roger walk past me and follow the technician back out to the car. Soon they both returned and Roger advised me that they had ordered the wrong part. They ordered the panel for a Sedan instead of a hatchback. I phoned again on Thursday, 10/27 and asked to speak with Dillon, and was put on hold and told he would call me back. USED TO BE AMAZING! I can say that 5+years ago this was the place to take your used car that needed repairs. We had several "older" cars and used them frequently to fix what needed to be fixed and they never tried to up-sell additional services or parts. Like all the car dealerships. (They used to be very honest and respectful) I recently recommended a friend to Crossroads and will NEVER do that again.... When trying to fix her vehicle they continued to replace parts and perform unauthorized repairs not knowing what was really wrong with the vehicle. She finally got the vehicle back "not fixed" after paying them. They were not helpful, not Informative, and charged her for labor and parts without ever fixing whatever was wrong. I will not recommend anyone to this shop again. If you break down in front of their business, I recommend pushing your car to the next available shop! read more

My dealership wanted me to wait one month for an already overdue oil change, which they were going to charge $100 for full synthetic. This garage fit me in right away and were $40 or so less. I had my car break down at work one day, so we pay $200 to get it towed to crossroads. It takes DAYS before they even get around to looking at it, which I understand because they said they were low on help.. but then I get my car back about a week after it's been sitting at the shop. They never even looked at it. The initial issue we were having was my car not starting, we thought it might be a fuel pump issue. Well.. since the car magically started for them I guess problem solved right? No, not even one day after getting it back it broke down again. I got a last minute oil change on my F150 before moving back to Minnesota. To accomplish this task a heat shield has to be removed and replaced. Not one of Ford's better ideas as the connectors are not well designed. Well as fate or Murphy would have it one of the connectors was not tightened completely and on the way back to MN it came off and the heat shield folded over and was ground down to a nubbin. Great now I have to deal with a auto repair place from a 1000 miles away that has no real incentive to do the right thing. No incentive except Honesty, Honor and Integrity. they refused to honor warranty and hung up on me! after paying $1100 for a brake job my brake pedal is spongy and the brake light is staying on! Darrell informed me they will not honor warranty and fix my car! This is likely because I left a review complaining about being overcharged! My wife took our Jeep to Crossroads for a brake job. They gouged us on the price (over $600. for rear brakes and calipers.) A third of the price was labor. My wife sat in the McDonalds across from the garage and observed that the technician prolonged the task by walking away repeatedly. It gets worse. Three weeks later, the tire that they removed for the brake work, falls off while I'm driving on the highway during rush hour. Costing me towing and repairs. I went to Crossroads asking to be compensated for the costs. I thought that was a fair request. Management finds it unlikely that tire falls off after three weeks of driving. Instead offers up a theory that a mysterious stranger loosened my lug nuts for no apparent reason. Instead of being accountable and professional, Crossroads treated me like I was a conman, trying to make profit. In truth, even if they had paid for repairs and towing, I still would have been in the red for taxi service and all the hassle of getting to and from work without my vehicle. I won't use their business again and judging by the other negative reviews, I would recommend that you steer clear as well. read more
