I have been on the QWLC plan for 10 months. In that time I have lost 201 LBS. The negative review does not paint an accurate picture. The program is considerably more than what you eat. The counseling and accountability to the scale with someone not related to you watching makes a big difference in your weight loss success. In the meantime you are building the skills and toolbox to continue your success once you have reached your goal. Transition takes you back to eating more of a normal diet if you desire, and maintenance helps you in those first few critical months when you are learning how to live differently with unlimited food choices. It also helps to cope with the inevitable weight fluctuations that will occur. I would have had the same opinion of the negative reviews IF I hadn't been successful, but here I am. It seems unreal to say that I have lost 200 + LBS. The folks at Town Center QWLC are great and are eager to help, but you have to meet them halfway. I can't recommend Town Center or the plan enough. My husband and I did this program and each one of us lost about 40lb. The program is great and the ladies(especially Anita and Deb!) are awesome. They support you 100% all the way. They are not pushy about the products either. We didn't use every single one of the supplements that they suggest and they were totally cool with that. Never tried to push anything on us. I think the people that don't succeed with this don't really follow the program. It's not really a "diet". They teach you how to change your eating habits for the better.You don't have to continue the strict diet forever to keep the weight off. You just have to use the knowledge they give you about portion control and timing of eating! Yes it is expensive but so are the medical bills associated with being unhealthy! The ladies/coaches at QWL at Kennesaw are terrific! They are very supportive and knowledgeable about how to reach your weight loss goal. They educate you on the program and give you tools and strategies along the journey to help you overcome any challenges and be successful. The volunteer monthly meetings build a sense of community and give members a chance to gain tips and insight from each other as well as members who have reached their goal. I have tried multiple diets and programs over the years and have fallen short of reaching my goal. The QWL program works for me, I lost 40 pounds !, and would recommend it to anyone. read more

I can't say enough about this awesome weight loss program. I've lost 70 pounds since January. I was never hungry and I have felt great throughout the entire weight loss process. Quick Weight Loss Center was exactly what I needed to lose almost 30 pounds! Following their program along with the advice and support of the staff, I was able to lose the weight. I like to eat healthy and this program is focused on eating very clean. The best part of this diet is I lost weight without being hungry! I just left QWL Center at on Chastain Meadows Pkwy in Marietta and reached my goal of 30 lbs loss. I cannot decribe the feeling of accomplishment . Never at my age , 68, did I ever think I could lose that much weight. The ladies at the center have been nothing less than great support and a fantastic cheering squad. The QWLC Town Center is the best. I walked in after hearing about them on Kiss 104.1. I was at 267 pounds, and wanted to get down to 215.
