Then, a friendly shop employee recommended P & O. I called and the gentlemen said to just bring it in as they do these repairs all day, every day. I went in around 10 am, and by 1 pm, they had called me to let me know the cost and that it would be done in an hour. Everyone I met was super helpful and friendly, and the repairs were really reasonable compared to having to replace the whole wheel.

So I went to the warehouse to see what was going on. She hid in the back and had her secretary tell me " oh it will deliver Monday now". Yeah, no thanks. Happily taking my business to a competitor. Tried to support a local, women ran business, and this is what I get. I realize my request was tiny in comparison, but don't agree to do the job if you're just going to blow it off. Not professional. Communication is terrible, and has no regard for other's time. Do business with someone else.
