Although I have only dealt with Chad Schaffner by choice, every person that I have ever spoken with at QuickSpark has always been polite, helpful and very professional. From the very first application to our most recent expansion, we have never had any obstacles that Chad and his team could not resolve or overcome to get the goal completed. Not only was everything processed in a timely manner, but the rates we received were some of the most competitive in the market for the type of lease/loan requested. I am looking at these reviews and realizing that people, perhaps new to the business world do not understand how business credit works. I've used quick spark to get equipment for multiple new business i started, which quick spark also helped me incorporate a few. And then used said equipment to make profit in both the short and long term which i used to pay back my loans? If you are not turning enough profit then something is incorrect with YOUR business model, not with the people who financed your equipment. If you need $500 bucks go ask your grandma, but if you need $5000 go with quick spark. I have used them to scale up multiple locations and they really work FAST! which in a deadline oriented industry such as mine has been a live saver! read more

It was used, they are in cahoots with the companies they finance with.The shipping company offers to pay you $400,Hoping you go away. As If that isnt Bad enough, they charged My credit card over the amount I signed for and Charged it twice!In one Month. I got my Bank Involved and they are going after them for fraud. They can not do anything with your credit as they are reported as BAD BAD Business People to credit agencies....Do Not Get Involved with these People!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I wish there was an option to leave 0 stars... quick spark is terrible. My phone calls were answered or return 25% of the time, everyday the broker gave me different approval amounts, and now they he has dragged this process out almost 3 weeks the equipment I need for my business is now on back order and it'll be another month before it is available. They have wasted valuable time that I will never get back. And everyday getting new approval amount drove me absolutely crazy. Their communication sucks. Find another lender and do yourself a favor. read more

Erin did a great job through out the whole process. it's always nice being able to talk to a human immediately when phone calls are made. Both phone calls and emails were always answered immediately. We were even able to text back and forth which is super convenient if you're working or busy during the day. She was able to answer all questions asked and was extremely informative about every financing option available to me.
