I stayed here when I was visiting some family in area. Everyone is super nice and hotel looks nice also. The night I was here was during some cold weather and in the morning there was no hot water due to some issue with in hotel. They did put a note under the door that night saying there would be no hot water not sure if it was related to pipes freezing or what. Luckily we both took a shower the night before but think they have some plumbing issues as taking a 5 min shower the water would not drain and after 5 min the tub would be filled up. I know last year they were doing a bunch of remodeling and reopened the hotel under FairBridge Inn & Suites. I would only stay here if there were no other options in Canadian. read more

I am very disappointed in your hotel. I arrived on the evening of 6/24/2014. After checking in I was informed that you have No WIFI, and all the smoke detectors were removed from the entire 2nd floo, and the ceiling was falling out. Then I get in my truck the next morning and someone had stolen an entire tank of gas out of my truck that was parted next to the front door of the hotel. I would expect this from a low rent motel but you charged me $158.19 per night. I will be posting this on Yelp, Facebook, Twitter and any other Blog are public site and informing the many oil and gas company I work for as an independent Landman in the hope that I keep other from staying at your hotel. I'm also going to forward this to the Chamber of Commerce and the Texas State Fire Inspector in your area in the hope that someone makes sure you have a fire security system in place. read more

Don't like that pesky dry, cool clean air from outside? No problem! There isn't a window in this entire hotel that opens. The constant condensation on your headboard and window will keep things nice and moist for you and make you part of their indoor mold farm! Their resident flys will always keep you company throughout the hotel and are eager to test your breakfast for you. Their breakfast area is also decorated for Halloween 365 days a year with natural and organic cobwebs! Spoooooookyyyyyyy! This motel is one of the few in Canadian and is adequate but a horrible value for the money. Pros: has handicapped accessible room, indoor pool, awesome biscuits and gravy for breakfast, and my mattress was quite comfy. Cons: no counter top in bathroom, no alarm clock, poorly designed drainage meant my carpet was wet after my shower, musty smell to entire room, lumpy pillows. SPARTAN. My socks were almost black from walking on the carpet for just a few hours. Overall it just isn't worth $136/night. I've stayed at $30/night places that were better. If you can afford this amount, secure a B&B or the Best Western. Otherwise you might be better off staying in Pampa or Shamrock. Would have been only 1 star if it wasn't for the breakfast and the nice mattress. read more

I have stayed at this hotel many times during my travels. And I must say hotels are limited in Canadian and limited on what to eat in the town too. Quiet Inn provided a warm hospitality along with a clean room and wonderful breakfast. I read some of the past reviews and find them hard to believe. During my visit the pool was closed for cleaning but they were very quick to communicated that it would be open soon. My room was clean and the service at the front desk was wonderful. I especially like the idea of having extended stay frig and microwave for my last night snacks. I will likely come back to this place- I wish I would of taken some photos of my TEXAS size and shape waffle!!!! read more

This was a great choice and comfy stay. You get pleasantly surprised when traveling on business and come across a place that meets your needs and this place is one of those. The bed was comfortable, very quiet and a friendly staff. I also enjoyed their hot, full breakfast. I will do it again when in the area . Ok, We went to Canadian for the Fourth of July. I called ahead to try and book a room a month in advance. No one over there takes reservations that early. I decided on the Quiet Inn because I knew it was not very old, and it was about $70 higher than anywhere else. We wanted a relaxing wonderful trip. The parking is not very good. You have to carry all your luggage up the stairs if you are on the second floor. It was dirty including the stairs to the second story, and the hallways. There was all kinds of dust caked inside the vent of the air conditioner where the air blows out into the room. The walls had dirt smudges all over them. They didn't even have the channels on the tv that they advertise. You get a whole bunch of static channels. I can't believe they think they can charge those kind of prices, and it be that nasty and ran down. I can go to Amarillo and pay a lot less money for a whole lot nicer more extravagant room. Very Very disappointed. Would not refer anyone to go stay there read more

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it has all the warm hospitality that is apart of Texas. The room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable and by far, they serve the best breakfast in town! I have priced the other places in town and found them to have competitive pricing with better amenities: pool & spa, apartments with kitchens. Great stay! read more

Owners are great Christian folk whom are willing to work with companies staying on long-term basis. They provide great amenities and service. Breakfast is great - and I love the waffle maker provided. Coffee is hot and black and beds are very comfortable! Great stay! read more
