The staff was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. They were 100% engaged in giving compassionate care to their patients. They were a high-functioning team, respectful to patients AND to each other. They brought their technical skills together with compassion and professionalism to everyone's benefit. These professionals are the future of healthcare and are poised to lead the way into what healthcare should be going forward: Professional, dedicated and caring. The whole time I thought I was getting a bed, turns out I was waiting for a rm to see me. Pain meds wore off hrs ago. Once I got a rm was in there for 3hrs. I hadn't had anything to drink or eat since 8:30 AM. Got a pain pill at midnight. Worst experience of my life. 13 1/2 hrs of Bs and no surgery.

I have worked in the dental field for more than 20 years and if a patient is going to have a bill they are made aware of it in advance, agree to it and sing a treatment plan and consent.
