The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and mostly friendly (Alex, in particular, is fantastic--and even the more reserved staff members are helpful). One of the best things about visiting the Chambersburg store is the selection of handmade J.M. Boswell pipes, many of which never make it onto the website. The selection and prices seem to be much better in person and I like being able to hold a pipe before I purchase it.
