Pictures do not look like the current Quik Stop location. Staff is usually very friendly, however the older lady with short gray hair is often mean. I usually don't see her and the owner and other staff are typically friendly. Today I went in and was treated rudely by the older lady with short gray hair. After telling her I come in all the time, she told me "Ive never seen you before" as if I was lying. I've personally interacted with her 6-7 times I can remember. After that she continued to be moody with me. I told her to inform the owner I would not be coming back and she said "that's fine". I understand she may not be working her dream job, but treating regulars like crap isn't a good way to boost business. No more gas or energy drinks from this company. I have tons of gas stations to choose from but I've always supported this location because the owner has always been polite. One bad interaction can ruin those relationships. read more

I stopped for gas and a restroom break at this Quick Stop in Oakdale on my way home from vacation. The man running the station was patient and helpful when I got confused by the pumps, even though it's a straight forward procedure I managed to get confused. But the best thing is that the restroom was totally clean, which isn't always the case for public restrooms. read more

Quik Stop, as part of the Kroger family, is generally safe but the parking lot is always interesting. Inside, things were reasonably good. The Mountain Dew from the soda fountain was good. The 32 ounce size is priced at just under $1.00, for the summer at least. I didn't bother to bring out the rewards card, as most of the locations seem to not want to use it, either way. I don't mind getting a free soda from time to time, since I buy them. The cashier was friendly enough. Too bad this location doesn't have diesel fuel. read more

they put $100 hold on all cards at the pump. they blame it on the cards and the banks but it is issued from the station. don't go here if you don't mind having that amount being held for two to three days. shame on them!! read more

They have a pretty sweet roller grill here. 2 for $2. Depending on what time you visit than can have a large selection or close to nothing. Gas is usually decently priced here, and they have a good sized fountain drink for basically $1. Their staff are all very kind. It's a locally owned place with nice people that work here. That said, it's still a gas station. read more

Great employees and good prices!!! Great HOT FRESH COFFEE. Very sanitary and respectful to the 6 feet rule as well. No mask No service!!!

My daughter who's 15 and my other Daughter who is 9 went into the store today after coming from 711 we have never have had any issues with any other employee except this new Hispanic heavy set looking employee that has just recently started my 15 year old wanted to go get a soda so she left my 9 year old at the door because she was holding a beef stick and a soda that she brought from home The employee went to my 9 year old daughter and accused her of stealing which she didn't even enter the store my daughter let her know No that she had a receipt for the beef stick and brought the soda from home she proceed late to be little my daughter and replied that she was incompetent stupid and didn't know common sense my 9 year old daughter was in tears I will be calling the store to talk to the manager in the morning something that should not happen and furthermore as she said was their policy so if this was a policy I think that it should be posted where customers know what their policies are so they don't have to be called stupid be little or incompetent I'm not having common sense read more

There's a 7/11 across the street, better to take your business their. Staff is very rude and will refuse to serve you on a whim. Even as a regular I've been prejudiced against on more than one occasion. Hopefully corporate involve themselves with this and fixes their issue with staff. Another issue is the cleanliness of the store, spilled drinks dry up and are never mopped. Leaving a sticky residue along the floor. The counter has dust along the top of it as well. Finally, and most disgustingly, the restrooms have seen better days. This QuikStop has lost my patronage, until these issues are resolved. read more

I can't being myself to return to this store. When I walked in the cashier, Michelle was yelling across the store. She was rude, loud, and very unprofessional. She yelled at a customer because he couldn't find the number of what pump he was on. Even I had a hard time finding them, since there posted on top side of the pump in small numbers you can barely see. She yelled at another customer because he was getting the change from his pocket to pay for his drink. If I wasn't already running late I would have gone to another gas station for my snacks and gas. read more

I pulled up to this gas station to get some fuel for my car, I have purchased fuel here a handful of times with no problems until today. A gentlemen had walked out of the store before I had walked in I asked the cashier to Bill me 12$ on pump one . She then asked if I was with the guy that just walked out before I walked in I replied with no she then told me she wouldn't serve me because that guy hassled her for not being able to give change for a 100$ bill. I told her I did not know that man in question because I had just moved here a month ago and don't know anyone . She then proceeded to tell me that "we" as in me and that gentlemen keep giving her problems. I once again told her I didn't know the man that walked out before I walked in she told me she saw him get into my car, I told her to look outside as my car was visible from the window with no one inside it but me. She told me she has the right to refuse service to anyone which I acknowledged that she did. She told me to get out so I left. Michelle the cashier at quickstop in oak dale. You made a mistake today assuming I was with/knew that man in question when I do not. Next time you need to get your facts straight before you assume someone is with someone. Cheap. A few years ago I bought chips & a couple of sodas but was short on change. I was just 10 cent short & the cashier wouldn't give me a break, making a big deal. Just 10 cents short!! I had a euro coin from Italy in my pocket worth about 2 American dollars & the cashier actually took it! With out giving me my cash back of course... Just a cheap place to go. Not worth going. 1/28/18 I went into the Quik Stop in Oakdale where I go to purchase fuel for my vehicle along with the purchase of occasional lotto and Lottery tickets/ scratch offs. I had some winners, less than a 100 dollars worth. I come in at around 7:10 pm to get greeted by Michelle (employee at register) who is nothing but rude and a person lacking any form of personality. I let people go in front of me because I knew it may take a few minutes of her time, that by the way she gets paid to do because its her job!!! She was snotty and rude to me as she stated that because there were people in line behind me that she could not cash in my tickets, she stated that there was a 100 dollar cash in limit which I was ok with. She would only cash out $53.00 worth and then flat out refused to do the rest!! I will be calling the Ca Lottery and see what can be done about this along with making the store owner and manager fully aware. Since this store does not want to cash in winning tickets they will no longer have me purchasing tickets or buying fuel there for that matter!! Why purchase from a store that may profit off of a big Lottery Win when they are not willing to cash in a small amount of tickets!! read more
