Quikaid helped me to finally win my disability insurance after I was denied twice. I was scheduled to have a hearing with a judge but I didn't even have to go to the hearing because I was approved prior to it. I made sure to keep them updated about my medical appointments and such. So far I have had a mostly positive experience.I continuously ask one question which is never answered:I filed way before the date of hiring Quikaid..but all of my paperwork comes through at a way later date(when I hired them) that doesn't make sense to me and is a major loss of monies.I have spoken to an associate or two but the issue has not been rectified yet.The time period difference will make a change with my filing date which means my hearing should be sooner because I started the process personally prior. Quikaid is nothing special! They are not proactive. They don't care if they are left out the loop. They don't want additional supporting documenation. Quikaid has a very limited scope of assistance. Quikaid did not attend my SSI hearing and did not follow up or up date me as to the results. Quikaid asked me not to send additional paperwork that directly supported my claim to disability even when it showed continuing and persistent ailments. I was told that I don't qualify for SSDI and Quikaid said there was nothing that they would do. Also, Quikaid never informed or followed up with me. When events took place I had to call them to see if they were informed of the actions and results. Overall I feel that Quikaid is a waste of precious time when dealing with the SSA. Quikaid is definitely nothing special. I am a US Army vet and waited to file for SSDI because the VA was still adjusting the meds they gave me. They said it was in the approval department I never received a phone call Debra never received a phone call after repeatedly calling for 3 weeks I sent a request and their website they said they'd get back with me in one business day and of course that never happened send another one and of course that never happened. They fill you with false hope. I'm a disabled 100 percent house bound veteran. They Talk you through things they say they will do then don't. If they lose a case they let you go legally by the book say things that even if you wanted them to still fight for you they legally exclude themselves. Quikaid has been handling my Permanent Disability for 2+ years and now after failing to approve my Appeal and ALJ Hearing they want me to start a NEW CASE! I only got a text message video from CEO who you never get a chance to speak to. I have NOT worked since 2022 with NO INCOMING MY WAY! The attorney that helped me Bernard Shapiro guaranteed me a WIN and still the ALJ denied my hearing case. Quikaid now wants me to start a NEW CASE but noone from Quikaid has called me to tell me how this will benefit me. Quikaid also texted me to either start a NEW CASE or contact Morgan & Morgan! I'll make this short and to the point. When I was at my lowest and needed a helping hand up Quikaid was there for me. It was a tough decision to make because I don't ask anyone for anything. My generation was taught to be this way,at least I was so it was a bit humiliating. I was a terrible client for Quikaid,drug my feet pretty much on everything and honestly didn't believe they could help me at all. I have had friends die waiting for disability so why would I think I was any different? I said short so here's the bottom line. I was approved in seven months. Still hard to believe but that's the truth. Quikaid is solely responsible for making this happen and I can't express my thanks enough. I read through the reviews and see people having a hard time getting approval and it is sad but Quikaid truly does want nothing more than you to receive your approval so they can receive their 25%. I feel like Quickaid has strung me along for years. I have had very little correspondence with them. I lost my first hearing. I liked the lawyer I had. He was from Arizona and he flew to California to handle my hearing, but the judge ruled against me. I felt like the lawyer was overworked and wasn't given enough information by other Quickaid employees. I thought Quikaid was working on an appeal, but I went to sign in to their client portal, and it said my case has been concluded. I received nothing in writing, letting me know that they were concluding my case. I'm unable to work. I have Multiple Sclerosis, cardiac issues, Syringomyelia, Endometrosis, and Interstitial Cystitis. All these diseases have been diagnosed and re-diagnosed and they cause chronic pain and fatigue. I have been homeless so my situation is dire. I'm thinking of contacting the lawyer who was assigned to me to see if he can help. I'm turning 51 in January. I'm going to give Quickaid 1 star because I liked the lawyer. read more

I am still waiting. I have hundreds of medical records and I see at least one of my docs every 2 to 3 months. I had an aortic dissection, I have heart disease, epilepsy, scoliosis HBP. For a law firm who deals with people with disabilities I find it lousy! They refer you online to do everything and if you have visual impairments that is the worst thing they can do! I have found it extremely difficult to contact them on the phone! When they contacted my severely hearing impaired husband they contacted him through his brother. We believed it was a scam! They know his phone number and mine his spouse! When the Attorney got in contact with my husband they had a arguing because my husband couldn't hear and he thought it was a scammer! If they would have contacted the right phone number in the first place this would not have happened! They forgot about those who helped! I am awaiting ALJ decision. I was referred by a family member who they helped. it's would be helpful for some to understand how the process works. it's been almost 3 years for me with over 4,000 pages of medical records. I updated every visit and have a remote onset date (a little different style of case). They can request the records manually from your docs, but until you are denied twice and waiting to get ALJ hearing, they don't have access to a centralized electronic system that gathers most documents. I was impressed with how they presented the records. It seems to be an art in wording. The rep I was assigned, Kori, was on text contact. Then, I assume they contract various attorneys. I believe my attorney studied my case, understood my medical records and even named Drs who he was needing records from in Court hearing. He, Chauntel, seemed to genuinely care. I didn't get quick reply to every question through the process but when things really mattered, they showed up. I'm leaving this prior to receiving final decision because I believe they gave it their all. of course, it's always best to advocate for yourself when you are able. get your records if you can. it certainly helps to have your own set and help yourself, especially with as many records as my file has. remember, SSA has changed a lot I the policies over the years. These people are very busy. The portal could be better. communication could be more personal prior to ALJ level, but, due to volume, they are trying to streamline the process. if your situation is unique, express your concerns. everyone deserves grace as we navigate the changes in our health. they are navigating changes in the rules and policies they must comply with to get your case approved. overall, I'd recommend them. read more

Quickaid fooled me by having me sign a document that I thought stated. "They would only help me if my claim was denied." I had lost over 70 pounds due to my illness and my sugar level was down to 24. If my neighbor would not have rushed me to the hospital. My sugar level would have dropped and I would have passed away of a diabetic coma. I just found out yesterday via SSI that Quickaid was on my case. They did nothing to help. They are not even "Attorneys". My friend and I did all the foot work. I spoke to my assigned Case Manager and she confirmed that Quickaid did not do anything on behalf of my case to help get approved. It was approved without Quickaid. Quickaid would send me text messages with my appointments to physicians either too early or late.I still have them. I ignored them because I could not remember them. When I signed the document I was on Klonopin and Ambien, as I had lost my daughter over 6 years ago to suicide. Look at my signature. You cannot read it, as I was on prescription drugs prescribed by my physicians. Plus the not eating was not helping my thinking (Mild Dementia when you don't eat protein for over a year). My Case Manager explained because they were documented as my Attorneys (Not Attorneys). They had access, but not in real time. They got paid $7200. Money I earned and worked very hard for. Now I am bedridden and can no longer work. I am appealing this with SSI today and hiring an Attorney that knows how to handle these companies that are FRAUDULENT and take advantage of the sick. Rob from our SSI that I worked for and you have no right to it. YES, THAT IS FRAUD Mr. WRIGHT! I have reported them to the BBB. POINT PROVEN ~ the 5 stars are people that were denied. This proves they lied to me and my claim was approved by disability. I pulled up MY Quickaid and they did not have my up to date physicians. They had Physicians from 20 and 7 years ago. Don't you dare try to update and upload anything else. I have screenshots. You make a big mess when you lie. You should have had all my Hospitalizations, my Primary Physician, Internal Meds and my Gastroenterologist. I was approved without Quickaid. Please stop trying to safe face. Your staff told me only if I lost. You would get involved and back then my sugar levels was at 23. A person cannot think. You are border line dead. You saw a large sum because I worked my butt off since I was 20 years old and you saw $$$ signs. I sent another detailed report to the BBB and have left a vm for my Representative. Look at my signature. I was not coherent fraud all over it and you did nothing. Again you did not even have my updated physicians from 2022 through 2024 or my many hospitalizations. As for logs. That means nothing to me. You can manipulate all those logs because you are running such a fraudulent company. Taking advantage of disabled patients. Taking $7200 from My Life that I will never get back because I am fully disabled. You are a disgrace. And once again I filed before you received my case as you stated. It's all on my My SSI. Quick Aid, the disability experts????? Not! They are like the mad Hatter on Alice in Wonderland, where every day is Opposite Day!! Because they are not "quick", they give no "Aid", and the only thing they are "Experts in is how to draw out a case out soooo looooong, long enough to make a FORTUNE on your Misfortune. They have been on my case about 3 years. The thing they do is slam me with emails trying to get me to go out and create my own case. I used Quikaid from the beginning of my disability claim a year and a half ago and I just received my 1st denial from a judge on Friday, then on Monday Quikaid sends me an email and a text, couldn't even call me, to tell me that they are closing my case and not even working on an appeal. They informed me that they made a recent change as a company not to appeal anyone under the age of 49, I'm 48 and have had 2 open heart operations and looking at a 3rd. I actually got their info from my Mom. They helped my Mom to get her SSI. I wasn't having any success on my own,but once I called the lawyers at Quikaid, things really fell into place! When I turned to Quikaid, it was because I really needed help. I had been diagnosed with a terminal disease that could in many cases, be managed to a good standard of living with discipline, careful health management, solid self-advocacy and a good healthcare insurance platform or provider. I knew very little about any of that.
