This is a large QuikTrip located at the busy intersection of Clarkson & Manchester. I stop here semi-regularly when I'm on my way out to my farm. I love the cherry syrup you can add to the sodas in the fountain. Decent snack selection and very clean! read more

This location is rather new but it's in terrible condition. The men's restroom is disgusting, the store floor is very dirty with trash and the most aggravating issue was no napkins in the entire store. Asked for a bag for my purchase but no couldn't find them. The city of Ellisville should make a visit then have conversation with QT main office. read more

I was in Ellisville and noticed my gas tank was in need of a fill-up. There was no way I'd make it back home in IL with the amount of gas in my tank. Typically I like to buy my gas in my home state to so my gas taxes go to repairing my roads and bridges. This was a typical Quik Trip, where you are your own gas jockey. The area around the pumps was clean and well maintained. The pump itself was easy to operate and it even asked you if you wanted a receipt as if you were inside. It even thanked me for shopping and told me to have a nice day. If I am in Ellisville and need gas, I definitely will return to this QT. read more

Disappointed in the service at this location. Management was very unprofessional towards customers. It was not a good experience. Quick trips are known for speedy checkout. This location is no exception. They will have you in and out. Check the app for special deals and freebies. Bathrooms are clean. read more

Went in to get breakfast, like I have multiple times in the past, asked for a breakfast bowl without cheese (again like I have in the past) was told it's a premix and we can't do that. But I have gotten it multiple times in the past that way. Lazy employees who don't want to do a job, I guess I know why they are gas station attendants. Honestly just here for the donuts. These are my daughters favorite donuts of all time so I've set out to try snd show her there are better donuts around town but I've got to say the chocolate long John is 4/5 for me. You that "fried" taste that hits your mouth after swallowing, that is not here. The donut is firm but not at all crunchy or hard. A good amount of icing but not an overwhelming amount. Bought the donuts at 5pm on Friday and we ate them the next morning. Still tasted fresh. My daughter got the original glazed and swears there isn't another as good in St. Louis. Tasted pretty average to me ;) but I'm not a fan of that kind. We also tried the glazed blueberry. Let's just say if you LOVE blueberries you'll love it. It's a strong taste. :) read more

Good price on gas Friday. My college chum and I were in need of a beverage, and here we were. I got my Diet Dew. She wanted Coke Zero. It was only putting out carbonated water. Bummer. BUT SHE WANTED THAT COKE ZERO!! So, she went to the clerk and told her about the problem. The clerk went to the back to get it fixed, said everything was showing good, couldn't understand what the problem was. Came out in front. Punched the make-the-soda-flow lever -- all that came out was carbonated water. She kept it up. And kept it up. And FINALLY the Coke Zero came to the party. My college chum was sooooo happy! Big cheers for the clerk who wouldn't let go, kept at it, and was persistent enough to create a happy customer!! QT must have an amazing employee training program. read more

Employee was rude and refused service because I was not able to wear a mask due to medical condition. I tried to explain the situation but employee yelled over me and continued to refuse service without any adherence to the ADA. read more

Traveling through from out of town and was in Ellisville MO for business on Saturday around lunch time. I've driven past QT stores thousands of times but never stopped because I try to fill up locally in my small town before leaving. I stopped Saturday morning because I heard their commercial on the radio about them being the drink stop. It made me thirsty so I decided to stop. I will regret that later. Upon getting there this relatively new station was quite a gas station or more like a palace. It was beautiful and very clean, welll stocked with nearly every possible drink anyone could imagine. After quickly surveying the cooler for something I decided on the Big Q fountain drink. I noticed multiple different cups that were marked Large Big Q .89 cents. I grabbed the plastic cup and filled with Sprite then proceeded to the counter to make payment. The clerk was on the spot a quickly working 2 registers and 2 lines at the same time. I placed a $1.00 on the counter expecting it to be close to a dollar since the sign over the cup said .89 cents. He rang up my soda and said Large Big Q that'll be $1.46. I looked at him with a puzzled look and my dollar laying on the counter I said the sign says .89 cents. He looked at me and said oh No that's a Large Big Q in a plastic cup that's not .89 cents, it's $1.46. I should have left it sitting on the counter and walked off, but, I gave him another dollar and waited for my change. Upon leaving I was parked on the west end of the building and there is an entrance on that end and the soda fountain I used was on my out. I walked back by and noted the soda cups all were marked .89 cents. I paused and looked at the fountain for a few moments and looked back to see the clerk staring at me as I was looking over the soda fountain. I should have said something since he had just over charged me by over 50%. Since I now know what the sign says this is an open and shut case for false advertisement. Upon leaving and driving for nearly 2 hours I got more and more enraged thinking about what had just happened. Even if it was being overcharged and taken for a mere .50 cents. That's not the point. How many other thousands of customers have this happen daily not realizing it is happening if they are paying for multiple items at a time. And if they in fact have no shame as to over charge for a fountain soda where does it stop? When you pump 10 gallons of gas how do you know your getting 10 gallons and not 8? If this company is willing to weasel a customer out of an extra .50 cents on a soda wouldn't it be easier to short a customer a couple gallons of gas, especially if they don't know they're getting shorted? This could quickly turn into millions of dollars daily the general public is being ripped off. Maybe that's the reason this station resembles a palace? This is my first experience albeit not a good one, and this was the first $1.46 I've ever spent at Quik Trip and it will be my last. read more
