His tone was rude, condescending and nasty. I told him i would never step a foot in this nasty filthy 7-11 again. Normally I do not patronize these establishments but we are expecting 8-10 inches of snow today and the stores were crowded. When we stop patronizing these establishments that mistreat the very customers who patronize them, these foreigners would treat their African American customers better. The premade food looked inviting and fresh. There is a large selection of snacks (grab and go to the airport! ), beverages (including hard alcohol! ), novelty items, maps, lottery and sundries. Gas pumps were clean and plentiful. Parking was well marked for the store. Staff could have been a little friendlier, especially as it is patronized by so many tourists. But overall it was a great place to fill up our rental, grab a few snacks and be on our way.

When I asked for assistance with a pharmacy coupon, Annette's attitude came across as dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of taking the time to explain the issue or provide guidance on what options were available, I felt like my request was treated as an inconvenience. Her tone and overall demeanor made the interaction feel unnecessarily frustrating. Customer service in a pharmacy setting is especially important because many customers are already dealing with medications, costs, and stressful situations. A little patience and willingness to help can make a significant difference. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling as though helping customers was not a priority and that she would rather not be there. I understand that policies and coupon restrictions exist, and I do not expect exceptions to be made. However, I do expect respectful communication and a genuine effort to assist. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure customers receive the professional and courteous service they deserve. You don't even have to explain why; you should just tell another worker to step up if you do not wish to do something. I believe I'll be taking my services elsewhere. The ironic part of this review is that even if I leave, it doesn't fix things. They'll just give a slap on the wrist and be done for the day.

I waited for 20 minutes while they scrambled around looking for where they could have put it. After this time I asked if there was anyway they could just fill it again and put the original one back if they found it, and they told me that was against federal law as it's a controlled substance. Even though this is all their fault. How hard is the ALPHABET?? Finally I gave up because I had to be somewhere and asked if they could call me when they found it. They said they would. That was three days ago. I am going to run out and go through withdrawal. I called yesterday and they were randomly closed during business hours. I'm trying to call now, but because they are probably so behind for everyone it is impossible to get through. 0/10 I will no longer send prescriptions to this awful location. Edit: It got even worse! I was just on hold with them for 30 minutes before I finally got through. The woman on the phone told me the medication was ready. I said "yes, I was told it was ready before, but your staff lost it and couldn't find it. Can you get eyes on it so I know it's actually going to be there for me when I come in this time?" The other was a young girl with curly blonde hair and glasses. She must be fairly new because I'm not sure that I've seen her there before. The line was long - about 4 customers in front of me and, eventually, another 4 or 5 behind. When it was my turn, I requested a pack of cigarettes. She retrieved and scanned them and then asked for my ID. I was a little surprised but thought it must be a new policy. As I was getting my wallet to show her my ID, she said, "If you don't have it I can't sell them to you, and then called out, NEXT." I showed her my ID and paid for my cigarettes. I had to laugh. I'm 68 years old, so it's not even a close call. I understand that some stores have this policy and it has nothing to do with my apparent age. At one time, this store had a policy of asking for ID from everyone, but they haven't done so in years. As I was leaving, another patron made a comment about the absurdity. The cashier then shouted at me, "Don't come back again without your ID!" ?? The ID she had just look at? I explained that I'm not usually carded there and asked if I was a new policy. I believe she said, "Yes." I was not happy with her rudeness and lack of professionalism. When I asked her name, she rattled off something intelligible and refused to repeat it.

Their location makes them very convenient, it's just too bad their front lot is so tight (you can park on either side or in the back lot.) They have some great pricing on some things (beer, smokes, candy) yet not as great on chips and sodas. They have very good coffee and feature Paul's Donuts and some other good looking snack-food items which, even though I have not tried them, do seem to be popular. Regardless, the main point of a gas station is gas after all, and they are usually the first station in this area to lower the price.
