I had my service dog with…read moreme, and the night manager, Krysta, repeatedly called out to my husband and then approached me regarding my service animal. While I understand businesses may ask questions about service animals, the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional. Krysta loudly questioned me in front of other customers and began reading questions from a paper about what tasks my dog performs. When I tried to explain that I have POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), she was dismissive and laughed, which was humiliating and embarrassing. Not all disabilities are visible. I felt singled out, judged, and treated with a lack of respect simply because I do not "look disabled." My dog was clearly identified as a service animal, and I even offered proof when questioned. What upset me most was not being asked a question, but the rude and public manner in which I was treated. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed because of a disability. Unfortunately, after this experience, I do not plan on returning.

The pumps, hoses and handles were extremely clean. The display was easy to read. The credit card swipe had the insert and card lock feature. Alternatively it also had the option of tap and pay. The outside grounds were clean, and it had some flower pots around the ends of the pump area. They had available clean and in tact windshield brushes, with filled solution. They offered pull down paper towels which were filled. Their gas prices were in line within 4 cents of stations within a mile. When I requested a receipt from the pump, it actually printed one instead of being out of paper. It's extremely rare smaller places are very neat and orderly, pumps very clean and all supplies and receipt paper available. There was also outside bathrooms available, but I didn't go into them. Bravo and many thanks to your business for nailing all of this. Next time I'll visit inside as well. If I am in the area again I will definitely visit here again.

Store surroundings were run down but it was still nice to be there. No 'curb' for the tires to run on...Went to the courthouse. A law enforcement officer told me the store had been closed for a couple of years. The owner still lived in the area but business was so bad he had to shut it down. I will never forget you calling the ER doctor to get my daughter's script change to make sure she didn't go without. This was crucial due to her needing it when having an allergic reaction. You did that, ma'am. I was extremely impressed.
