I just discovered you can order gluten free / keto friendly meals at Jersey Mike's!. Just pick a sub and order it as a "Sub in a Tub". It comes without bread and sub ingredients are served on lettuce in a bowl. I ordered the Chipotle Philly Cheese Steak as a sub in a tub. It was delicious. I enjoyed how the freshly cooked steak/peppers warmed up the lettuce. I am sure I'll be selecting this low carb fast food option again in the future! read more

my wife and I ordered two sandwiches from the Riverside Drive location and had them delivered we spent $35 and when our food arrived, my sandwich was not correct. I called the store on Riverside Drive in Macon, Georgia. The person I spoke to was very rude and told me she knew what my sandwich is on had on it because she made it and I was looking at my sandwich and was trying to explain to her what it was missing she continue to argue with me about what my sandwich had on it. She was very rude and hung up on me so I called back. Ask her to speak with the manager, she said a manager was not there, I asked her why she hung up on me. She said, because I was being rude. She was the one being rude and continue to argue with me about what my sandwich had on it and hung up on me again. I worked in restaurant management and I know how a situation like this should be handled. She should have asked me how she could correct my order or replacing it instead of arguing with me about what I didn't have on my sandwich, it wouldn't be such a big deal if I had spent $35 and then for someone to be rude to me as she was. We eat at Jersey Mikes several times a month, but I will not be going back to this location due to the experience we had today. read more

Went to order a sandwich but the person who was preparing the sandwiches was talking on her cellphone while preparing food and kept touching her cellphone. This is unsanitary behavior and unacceptable. The next time change your gloves and if this is a personal call get off the food line and walk to the back. read more

First and foremost I want to give a special thanks to one of my BFFs Meca for the birthday gift card. She said I didn't know if you had tried them. I said yea last year when you sent me a gift card lol but I dont mind repeats. So I got the #13 Original Italian on rosemary herb bread. The chop on the bread was rough and the top bread definitely was not portioned to the rest of the sandwich but how be ever the sandwich was good. I added some of that cherry pepper relish I had been reading about and to be honest I can't taste it probably because this sandwich has a lot going on with the variety of meats. I got no other sauce other than this but I still can't say what it does or does not taste like. I would have gotten the club because I am a bacon lover but the bacon was not appealing looking so I stepped outside of the box. The veggie ingredients were fresh tho not a variety like you would see at other sub shops. My choice of drink was tea. It had a bold flavor but not super sweet but it was good. I was impressed by any means. I did want to try a cookie but they were pre packaged and were not freshly oven baked like subway so I passed. The workers were super friendly tho. read more

This is my first time ever at a Jersey Mikes. Having to be gluten free I've assumed they wouldn't have anything to offer me. But thankfully we took a chance today and much to my surprise they have gluten free bread by Udis. I ordered the number 8 (club with bacon) and it was delicious and made with care, for real, the ladies that took and assembled our orders did it with care and these subs looked like the add campaign photos. Im not sure what impressed me more, the delicious food or the artists that prepared it. Jersey Mike's subs are always fresh and delicious! Their subs are far better than the average sub place!

Service: Kind of amazed that the young staff remembered how to make so many types of sandwiches, consistently, and with excellence! They showed a lot of teamwork. They were very nice and professional, too! Price: 2 sub combos came to just under $30! Everything is sky-high right now, so we will overlook that. Taste: Our sandwiches were fabulous. I sometimes crave my fave sandwich, a Philly Cheese Steak...and Jersey Mike's version (about 3 versions were available, I think) is great!! Down side: We decided to take our subs home, however, due to the noise. (Metal chairs on tile floors creating a constant grating, scraping, and screeching noise). I doubt we would ever eat in. Last word: Our subs were so well packaged that they were still hot, and not soggy!, when we got home. As for their subs, they do a really great job here, and super staff, too! read more

Great sandwiches here! My only complaints were that the bread was hard and the employees weren't that friendly. I had a super sub made Mikes way and it was close to a Blimpee Best (which is my favorite sub in the world!) but it was hard to eat because of the hard crust on the top of the bread. Maybe it was just an off day for the bread? Idk but I will definitely eat here again. I will just have to remember not to try to chat with the employees with no personalities. read more

We don't eat at the Subway any more. But the wife said let's try the New Jersey Mikes. So we did. They were busier than I thought they would be as they are a new store. That's a good sign. She wanted the Philly Cheese SteaK hot sub, We ordered 2 in the regular size. No coke or chips and it scared $20 to death. But they were still hot when I got home. She liked it. I love a good sub-sandwich. I tried Jersey Mike's Subs in Macon, Georgia a few years ago, and it is one of the best sub-sandwich's in middle Georgia. I usually get a foot long turkey cold cut, and it is made from top quality turkey, and they pile on the meat. If you want a good sub-sandwich, give Jersey Mikes Subs of Macon a try. Yes, the price is a little higher at Jersey Mike's, but they do use top quality ingredients. If you want top quality ingredients and lots of it, you will have to pay a little extra, but it is wort it. I always look at the heath rating too and if the rating is not an "A" I don't eat there. Best sub shoppe in Macon.. Would have given 5 stars but they use the same slicer for meats, veggies, and cheeses. That sucks for vegetarians like myself. This place normally is great but seems like this place is overwhelmed when they get a lot of customers. Don't go there on lunch time even if you're hungry, some of their employees get snappy. This one particular woman sandwich maker became defensive when I informed her we're next instead of the one behind us. Then stated snappily, "I asked who's next?" " there's a lot of sandwiches lined up!" No woman! You asked that once, & it happened to be the lady in front of us who's next. And we respectfully did not answer because she was next! Then this employee's next move was ask the person behind us what he wanted not ask "who's next?" Of course, at that time, I wasn't amused by that antic. I'm pretty sure that's not how you're supposed to answer your customers according to your customer service values. On the other hand, the young male cashier was very personable, & I commend that. This is my favorite sub shop in Macon. They use fresh and nutritious meats and veggies. Mike's way is THE way to go if you want the unique and yummy flavor that's theirs alone. My family loves the rewards program. We try to keep an eye on expenses when eating out. Several times we've gotten the largest sub for free and it's plenty for two people with enough to save for lunch the next day. This shop is always clean and bright. The sub artists seem to really want our order to be just perfect and they attain that goal at our every visit. They receive five stars from our always hungry family. read more
