It blows my mind of how horrible customer service has gotten. And people wonder why robots are taking over nobody wants to deal with an attitude from an employee for asking for napkins that should have been placed in the bag after picking up their order from the kitchen... and then proceeded to discuss the gentleman that asked for napkins after he left claiming they couldn't hear him and he said it twice very loud... the manager Anthony literally made an excuse of the employee isn't feeling well for the employee not being able to perform their job duties... this is unacceptable ...one employee even stated when people ask for things in a certain tone that he acts as if he can't hear them ... then i found a bug on my grilled cheese sandwich! Im so upset rn! what is going on with customer service these days! I have gone here for years but lately when I've gone there are groups of people loitering and individuals clearly inebriated in the parking lot. It was so bad tonight that I didn't get out of my vehicle and left. I called after I left and the young woman who answered said she didn't see anything in the parking lot. This QuickTrip location is by far my favorite! I am always greeted with an enthusiastic and genuine "Welcome to QuickTrip!" Because this location is close to my work I sometimes stop by for a lunch snack or quick breakfast. Today I went in for breakfast and ordered one of their build your own breakfast scramble bowls. Very pleased!!! For under $3, fully loaded with veggies, bacon, and cheese. I added a fresh croissant from their bakery case for a dollar and change. This location is ALWAYS clean. If there is a spill you can be guaranteed it will be cleaned up immediately. The staff is always helpful and attentive. You will find that there is always at least one person at every "post" making sure items are stocked, food is fresh, counters are clean, and machines are running. In the mornings you might think it's full but they keep the line flowing and get everyone in and out quickly. read more

I've found this QT in Norcross to have the cheapest fuel prices in all of metro Atlanta, even cheaper than my go-to QT on Franklin Rd. in Marietta. For that alone, this QT deserves 4 stars. This QT is located at the busy intersection of Beaver Ruin Rd. and Steve Reynolds Blvd. The gas station could stand to be a bit bigger as the lot of land it sits on is relatively small when compared to other QTs and RaceTracs in the suburbs. However, the number of pumps suffice for the most part. They have free air here too. read more

I love QT. I love paying by the pump. My husband is a mechanic and he always emphasizes to only get QT gas when possible, QT guarantees their gas. This particular location always seem cheaper than other QT locations. It is also conveniently located off I-85 and Steve Reynolds Blvd. Compared to all gas stations, many have upgraded to QT's style trying to be as awesome as them. 107/2018 read more

This QT specifically gets a review from me because I was on E and it was ridiculously convenient. Located pretty close off of I-85, if you're worried about running out of gas, this QT is conveniently located down hill, so you can coast your out of gas car to a pump (i'm only halfway kidding here). Gas is cheap, air is free, pumps are plentiful, and while this isn't one of the retooled QT kitchens you see everywhere, there's nothing wrong with that! There is a red light exit that you may want to go to, because right next to QT is a slammed McDonald's, which shares an exit/entrance, which is bottle necked often. Still, this is an excellent QT station, located in a convenient place with the gas, service and air that you're used to. read more

Worst QT I have ever been to none of the card readers worked and their kitchen was out of everything awful never go here ever

This QT is always hopping, but I still get great customer service every time. The bathrooms are clean and it's easy to get in and out of, in spite of being on the "wrong side of the road" for me. My neighbor knows a guy who works there and they're always getting customer service rewards when the corporate office sends in secret shoppers. Easy to see why. read more

I usually love going to QT and their service, but today was awful. The attendant that took care of me gave a me look at if i was from another planet. He didn't even finish taking care of me it was the other attendant that finish the transaction . Very disappointed. read more
