I asked for a scoop of ice cream. Usually, I get a decent scoop. The scoop was small. The guy didn't even push it down, like usual. Maybe he was new, as evidenced by the 2 guys over by the register pointing and laughing, who could have been cleaning up the huge mess. The tables were all nasty. We left. Came back this morning for breakfast. I asked for gravy, did not get it. I went back to the counter, asked for gravy and watched him scrape the sides of the container for it. Upon telling the manager at the floral department he simply said "sorry" and dismissed her as if he didn't have the time of day for her. Horrible customer service! And I am sorry a little more respect should be given to an elderly person who took the time to try to rectify that the gift her friend sent her wasn't a waste of money.
