Cod sandwich is really good. I'd prefer less bun but very enjoyable. French fries are excellent. Cole slaw excellent. The cod dinner plate is more expensive than at the Sandbox in Goddard but surprisingly similar cod. We look forward to eating at Culver's again. Very clean place. Friendly people. read more

Culver's is always consistent. Food is good but not great. The ice cream though, VERY good! This location was moderately busy last night when I stopped in for dinner. Food was made fresh, came out in about 10min and was piping hot! My spicy chicken was good but kinda dry. The fries were cooked well done as I ordered and were very good. My Concrete Mixer (vanilla with Oreo) was perfect and just the ideal way to finish off dinner last night. Staff was friendly and walked by a few times to make sure I was good. Restaurant was clean and well staffed. If you're going specifically for food, you can probably find something a bit better but if you want ice cream, you can't beat Culver's! read more

Ads are very deceiving. It's your basic fast food burger place. Not ver warm or conducive to eating inside. Tried mashed potatoes that tasted instant. The ice cream was soft serve but not near as good as Dairy Queen or even Sonic The girls at the counter were perky and food delivery was quick. Really great food, we had a kids' double with cheese, a chicken sandwich, kids' chicken tenders, fries, a double with cheese, and a malt and 2 custard desserts. The staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. And, a staff member walked us and other customers to our cars under an umbrella because it was pouring rain! 4 and a half stars if possible, I've been wanting to have Culver's ever since I've first heard of it, so I've decided to try it out so I went ahead and had their butter burgers and the reviews of their butter burgers were right, "Welcome To Delicious" is right, the service is amazing also as one of the staff members remembered my drawing of their mascot I've got born on June 29th of last year and they've loved it as it could have been in their restaurant, the owner loved it too. The place inside is also outstanding as it will remain me of an all new restaurant more then the restaurants that were shown these days. Now, the only reason why I've took half a star away is that their cheese curds don't taste the same as they use to and their root beer isn't as good as people said, but even with those sit backs, that will qualify as a 5 out of 5 star rating, now I wasn't able to order their concrete mixer due to me being lactose intolerant, but that's ok, I won't hold a grudge against them as it still qualifies as "Welcome To Delicious". read more

Came into Culver's for the first time ever just to get the best burger I've had in ages!! And the fries were crispy and spectacular! The service was wonderful with the staff asking us how the food was and even giving us free samples! The ambiance is just right with Culver's ads and lots of seating and tables! read more

Mistakenly thought I should give it another try. Purchased the "2 Scoop Cup" and received the same amount as the "1 Scoop Cup." Apparently they just give you whatever they feel like. This place is a rip off... Ordered a $3 cup of custard and it was half melted. Not only that but there was such a sad amount in the cup in the first place. Way over priced. The custard was good, but not worth the price. You would get better value at Braums. I also don't understand why they only employ children. Would be better if there was an adult on the payroll to do some quality control. I'm assuming the owners opened it and left. Also, strange to have to go wait "for it to be made fresh" when all I ordered was custard. I would prefer no one put a sticker on my mirror without asking as well. I'm going to have to clean finger prints off the mirror. The building looks nice though? read more

They started off strong. Our first visit, a week ago, was amazing. The butter burger, pretzel bites, and cheese curds stole the show. Before I forget: They do offer military discounts. Anyways - Last night, we needed a place to grab food, in wichita, late. Hubs suggested Culver's again since it left such a great impression the first time. We arrived just before 9pm. They close at 10pm. Our food was delivered pretty quickly! The burger was cold. No buttery flavor like our first experience. Bun seemed different too. Hubs tried the fish. He said the fish was ok but he would not order it again, and he was glad he only ordered a 2 piece not the 3 piece. The staff is awesome. They are working super hard to meet the demands of opening a new dining establishment. They are friendly, they are helpful, and they all seem really proud to be working there which is refreshing. The atmosphere is busy - but it just opened. It is a bit "trashy" but you can tell they are trying to keep up with the number of customers vs places to sit cs overflowing trash. The place has been jam packed both nights we were there. The food when the corporate trainers were on hand, was amazing. The burger last night was not. I do plan to call today and explain to someone our experience because it's not fair to not make them aware of situations - and then write about it online - last night they were simply too busy for me to even seek out someone to let them know there has been an obvious decline. So much so that I overheard the table next to us (3 ladies) mention Kevin was going to get a spanking when she got home, even if he's 55 years old, because he told her Culver's was a 10/10 and she felt like they are a 4/10 at best." The other day, my wife and I stopped in. It was our first time at this establishment.. right off from the start you walk in people greet you with smiles ,the atmosphere was nice. People were constantly staying busy coming around asking us how things are taking empty stuff away even asking if we need any extra sauces and getting them for us letting us know about different programs they had going as far as free items we could receive by taking surveys. Honestly, it was refreshing to be at a place that you felt like they wanted you there. Nowadays you go into most places and people are just on their phones or their preoccupied with their own things and they're not serving you. I mean when you go out, you want to have service and you want to have a nice experience . Keep up the great work guys I was impressed. I've had 4 great experiences here. Food was hot and fresh every time, burgers tasted great and the place is sparkly clean. Cleanliness is very important to me and even the bathrooms have been clean. My first time at Culver's, my wife had good things to say especially about the overall cleanliness and customer service based on other Culver's that she has been at. I know it is a newly opened store but the dining area was horrible with trash under tables and some of tables not cleaned. Service at the front was attentive and quick. We had our 3 yr old great-grandson with us last week and we were greeted by Holly as she was cleaning the glass on the front door. The young man taking the order greeted us also. The restaurant was spotless and our food came out quickly. My butter burger with cheese and bacon was nearly made and very good. Hubby and great-grandson had chicken strips and said they were tasty. The area where the drinks and condiments were was clean also. We had a bad experience with service and lack of cleanliness about a month after they first opened and didn't go back until recently. Service was good the-food was ok fries were warm but need salt brows warm but so part of you ate it the bun just kind of disintegrated around the burger to shake was I got a banana peanut butter shake, but the bananas were in such big chunks that you couldn't suck them through the straw. Culver's is a good option on north Maize rd. Their burgers are the smash kind similar to Freddy's. I'm a fan of the butter burger and crinkle fries and we really enjoy their ice cream. The staff is always cordial. The only issue I have is like most places that serve ice cream with lots of kiddos and like Freddy's, sometimes the floors and the tables are sticky! Hamburger places and chicken places are a dime a dozen in Wichita for sure, but Culver's is solid. read more

Very disappointed on how the staff and even the owner handled this situation. We came in and ordered our lunch. Told the cashier 4 X's what we wanted. She wasn't able to get it right and asked for help. The help was only helpful in adding our coupon as all our information we gave before this was either not included or ignored for our burgers. When we complained, instead of saying let us fix that we are sorry we were met with "you said ..." I clearly showed them our receipt and how it showed what we wanted and was not followed. Then once they fixed the burger they were unable to make the correction as it had mustard added to it. We returned with a burger to have it fixed and the cashier said "well you ate half of it. " Really? That is totally unexceptionable. That attitude only added to our frustration. The employee acted as if we were the problem at this point and was trying to get something for nothing. The staff need to be better trained in dealing with these situations. I spoke with the owner only to have that end badly. He said his employee was crying in the back because of the frustration expressed by customer when clearly it was the employee that caused the escalation of anger by his answer to our experience. Sunday 10-6-24 7:15pm Couple Dining in .... 2 Singles. 2 Fries. 1st time customers.Seemed to be some confusion. Orders piled up all over the front. Impressive amount of staff standing around but no one at the register. After a minimal wait an associate came from the kitchen area to enter our order. I insisted on repeating the order as the associate seemed distracted.He read it back to me correctly. Plenty of empty seating but the tables were not cleanly and floors were filthy and sticky. Our order was served within 15 minutes. Great burger neatly wrapped and I appreciate the respect they provide the customer with product presentation, although My burger was served without the requested mustard. I checked the receipt and found the mustard condiment was not entered even after verifying it. But ... no harm and no foul as mustard was available at the condiments table. I guess the corporate trainers left Wichita early. Don't get me wrong I think that the place has great potential. However, when you get a burger that can be great and you serve it luke warm there isn't a wow factor. Worse yet was to get tepid/cold and greasy onion rings. Perhaps they're so overwhelmed from the 'new opening rush' that they're cooking way too much food in advance to accomodate but the quality certainly suffers.
