When I needed to order a floral spray for my husband's Celebration of Life, I called FJ Luxury Flowers. I asked for a large blue and white arrangement. The person on the phone was very kind and helpful. The arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home was not blue and white. It was mostly white with a little bit of purple. Though it wasn't what I'd asked for, it was still beautiful. I would absolutely use this florist again, and highly recommend them.

I called the flower shop twice and left messages twice both times stating my disappointment and asked for a return call to discuss. it has been one week since the delivery and tomorrow will be one week since I started calling about my disappointment. I HAVE NOT HEARD FTOM ANYONE FROM THIS BUSINESS. Save your money folks for a florist that will not only take pride in their work and deliver what you ordered but will take responsibility and call the customer back to discuss the issue.
