I took a star off because I personally don't like how the owner treats people. I think it's just her personality which if that's her that's fine but it's not me. She in my opinion is rude and cold in how she comes off. I thought it was just us but i seen her do it to others. She was rude to one of our younger daughters who was a little Whiney about things and didn't know what color she wanted and yes I know that can be frustrating to other people but i was trying my best to handle the situation myself and she wasn't making it better. She runs a business that is geared towards young children I was just taken back by her actions. We've been here 3 times and have had similar experiences with the owner so it wasn't just a fluke.
