We entered the store the same time as an older couple. And normally they have greeters at the BB&W stores. All 3 greeters went tlstraihht to the older couple ( dressed in their Sunday best). and completely ignored us, no one came to see if we needed help, or said hi, nothing. There was no chatting about our seasonal selections. Now I have been a loyal BB&W shopper for over 20 years and have been to many of their stores(thank you Army). We finally found what we wanted, went tp pay and their girl at the register looked like she was channeling her inner Scrooge. I was even duped over my birthday gift, whatever. So, after another of ,I spent too much. I told my guy that I was never shopping at this location ever again. I will order online or go farther away to a different store. And FYI...
