The staff makes you know you are welcome and are very helpful and knowledgeable when asked for information about a product. I only intended to do quilting here and ended up buying a vacuum as well that I really love as it does the job (no cord needed (except when charging.) I had a Dyson that I could never dismantle to empty without help and the vacuum I bought makes emptying it a breeze. I also bought a Solaris and the staff gave me a great trade-in and let me complete the sale in November rather than the few days earlier. Why? The company was running a special of 60 months with no interest by waiting. That's what I call user friendly!

The lady was so rude and told me if I wanted something cheap I should go to Safeway which I don't have a car to go to. I was attempting to buy local and was willing to buy $25 worth of flowers to litter the house. She made me feel so unwelcome and told me 'I don't know how to help you'. I started with telling her about my Grandma being sick, I can't believe someone would be so rude after that.
