I started going to Quilter's Attic many years ago when the shop was located in a much smaller space, above a restaurant. Over the next few years, and now into the 'new' location, I continued to drive the 45 minute journey to take classes and purchase top quality fabric...but, as life's demands would have it, quilting and sewing took a back seat. Now retired, and with a bit more free time, I returned to the shop about a month ago! I purchased a Pfaff Passport, some thread, and a bit of fabric...and was once again inspired by the array of gorgeous fabric and sample quilts! quilter's attic has the best group of ladies working in the shop. they are friendly and calm and know what they are selling. they will answer any question you have and help with any problem. if they don't have the answer they will find someone that does. they have a great selection of fabrics and projects displayed throughout the shop. i always leave there with a new project to do. i have to travel over an hour to get there, but each time i go the experience is worth it! read more

I loved the personalized attention and the knowledge of the staff at the store. Amazing customer service, great selection of quality items, and a very comfy shopping experience close to home. They carry lots of items you can't find at the big box stores, and each member of the team is extremely well versed in their use, so there is invaluable info to be had just by asking.
