I'm shocked to see anything lower than a 4 on here. Once they forgot to put my collared shirts on hangers - once in a year! But other than that, they offer pickup, drop off, two types of detergent and a friendly, small business attitude. They are also really affordable! A bit outdated and doesn't have much space to sit or even fold laundry really. Could use some updating with machines to accept credit card, honestly that was the main reason I chose to go to another laundromat. Other than that the machines did there job and the dryers worked very well with high heat setting. You have to wear a mask... Didn't have proof of vaccine with me . Which is fine, I respect their business decision. Told the manager it was unfortunate they had to lose my business. As I walked back to my apartment which is next door at holmeswood apartments. The Manager yells out the door at me, "I knew you had no Laundry!!!" I couldn't believe how rude you could be towards a potential customer. After reading their Yelp bio I'm finding out it was the Owner Hellen went out of her way to try to put me in my place. Unbelievably expensive for a laundromat...especially when half the machines are broken down or taken up by staff. 5.00 for a single load...7.00 for a triple. The staff suggested I throw everything in the triple to save money...girl, I'm not washing my dress clothes and dish towels together. I'll stick to my usual place even if the drive is longer. Great customer service! Tammy was so helpful. She showed me where everything was and pointed out the large dryers that were good for comforters. I was in and out in no time with her help. Also nice having the quarter machine on site. Such a pain to scrounge around for quarters. Tammy and Helen were friendly and offered coffee and nice conversations. read more

I read other reviews and was hopeful. But terribly disappointed. My laundry smelled like body odor when I got home. It was so bad! But its an oversized comforter that has to be washes in a commercial washer. On top of that ALL top loading washers are taped shut, so you must use a $4.00 washing machine!! The place was disgusting. I was astounded by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Very attentive greated everyone at the door with a cart and an offer of help. Showed the best machines and appologised for the ones that weren't working. I for one am happy to wear masks. Especially for the service. Prices are competitive at $4 for a wash and $2 for drying. I have been using this laundromat for years. Doing my own laundry there or using their drop off service is great every time.

My first time here and I'm very pleased. My usual place is closed due to COVID 19. The lady let me know I needed a mask to enter which I completely understand and happened to have in my car. She was very nice about it . They have LARGE washing machines that fit my 2 large loads into one. A LARGE dryer that dryed all my clothes in 30 min. I was suprised. The other male employee was very friendly and ready to help me. I will be back. read more

I could no longer put off my long overdue trip to the laundromat ( due to COVID19 concerns). Imagine my exuberant surprise that Quinn's not only required properly worn (full nose/mouth covering) masks, but proof of vaccination as well! I happily produced my vaccination card and settled in for a non fear-based experince, the 1st real one since the pandemic began. THANK YOU to Quinn's for being SMART & SAFE & not bowing to ignorance or politics! Their friendly staff was helpful & amazing! Highly recommend!!! They made me feel very welcome. No, Quinn's is not a fancy laundromat, doesn't have a ton of machines or a coffee bar. But when my machine is dead or I need to wash blankets it's been here for me. I remember like it was yesterday when I first came into Quinn's Laundry. It was the start of the pandemic. I was in a rush and needed the nearest laundromat. Quinn's Laundry had "ok" reviews, but I decided to give it a chance. Lolllll, it's below "ok". I would not recommend coming to this laundromat whatsoever. One of the owners yelled at me and I was in there for less than 3 minutes. She said they had time limits for folks to be in there since covid. I respected that, but I hadn't even met their time constraints for covid. Not only that, but barely any of the machines worked. I'm fortunate that I don't regularly need a laundromat. But when our washing machine broke, I was grateful this was right around the corner. I read the reviews before going but I'm glad I made my own opinion. It was a clean facility with friendly faces. The manager was nice and even gave me a refund when my dryer didn't work so I could use another. They have a several washers and dryers, a change machine, vending machines, a tv, cups for quarters, and even help with local donations. Only giving 4/5 stars because washing machines were expensive to use for a small load. read more

I had a comforter that was too large for my washing machine at home, needed someplace to wash it and Quinn's was the closest facility to my house. Read some scathing reviews but took them with a grain of salt, I am glad I paid them no attention. Clean, friendly and my comforter is back to looking and smelling like brand new. I appreciate the owner's position on masks and vaccination and will be back to take care of those large items that I can't wash at home. Laundromats are hard to find and I hope this one is around for a long time. If you have a need, give them a chance, you won't be dissapointed. read more

Excellent Customer Service, Tammy employee from the time I walked in the door , she greeted me and was nice enough to let me know which machines and dryers was good for the load of laundry I had. Tammy has excellent customer service, communication and gift to help people. I have been In the SKC area for 15 yrs. I went to go wash a comforter and my husband was carrying it in for me we had our mask on and he was going to go right back to the car. There was no one else in laundromat and the lady acted like we had the virus. She right away attack me before my husband got one foot in the door said is he with you? I said yes but he is just carrying my laundry and then going back to car she said NO very rudely I said he cannot carry my laundry in. I have a bad back and she says no I said that's crazy and I said I quit coming here cause to expensive and the way my clothes always smelled was horrible. She said I need to check my attitude and didn't care if we went somewhere else she doesn't need people like us to be her customers. Well let me tell her something her attitude is what needs checked and I hope the business goes under cause of her. If you can go to another laundromat cause they are higher than anyone else making us pay for them to up date washers. I will never set foot in there again and trust me I will tell everyone how crazy that lady was over my husband carrying in the laundry. Went to another laundromat and no mask, no signs, and to wash my bedding was 4.00 not 9.00 in a big washer and it was clean and smelled fresh. I have not been to very many laundromats. But this one is always clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and the price works for me. The machines clean my clothes, and the atmosphere inside is very calm I can read a book and be very content. This to me merits a 5 star review. I just visited this laundromat and the clerk was the rudest I've ever experienced. I've been to this place at least 50 times. Today I walked in to get my change ready so I could use the big washers. As I'm walking up WITH my mask, the male clerk asks me what I'm doing, i said I'm getting change to do my laundry. He then said I needed to have my laundry in the store to get the change, I replied with you've gotta be kidding me I've never had that happen here in 50 some odd times man, I've got four large baskets outside. He insisted, I came back in and as I'm placing my large basket on the table I said to him "that's really something you should put on the door if your gonna make that your policy, put my twenty into the machine, he shut the machine off before it gave me all my change, told me I had a bad attitude and could do my laundry elsewhere. Insisted on counting all my change and then gave my cash back and refused service. This guy should never have a job here and I will absolutely be telling every single person I wait on to never come here. ON THE EDIT. Drive just down the street to coin laundry on 95th and the washers are the exact same but 4:50 cheaper. I'll never go back to Quinn's. read more

Stopped by this laundromat this afternoon to do three loads of laundry. It was my first time here. As I was unloading my laundry from the car one of the employees came out to greet me and help me carry my items in. He was very courteous and explained to me which machines would be the most cost-effective for the amount of laundry that I had. I ended up using one machine that washed three loads of laundry in one for nine dollars. I thought that was a bit pricey. But the machine took 28 minutes and my clothes came out clean. I was able to sit inside while my laundry was washing the air conditioning worked great and it was very clean inside. As I sat waiting on my laundry I also witnessed the gentleman go out and help several other people in and out of their cars with their laundry which is such a great help! He was sure to let everybody know if they needed any help or anything at all while they were there to please come and see him. I did not utilize the dryers as I have one at home. They are open 7 days a week and offer a drop off service. read more

Things have changed so much since my last review. Quinn's is under new management, and they seem to really care. There are several new washers and dryers, all high efficiency, so the 2 hours I use to spend washing and drying blankets was cut in half. The attendant was super sweet, able to answer questions. For being in a laundromat for part of my morning, it was a good experience. read more

After reading the reviews, I decided to give this place a try to wash my comforter and glad I did. Staff were friendly and helpful. I love that they're doing business but taking COVID seriously to keep their customers and staff safe. I washed my own comforter for $9 and they were happy to make change in quarters for me. Since I was short on time I decided to take it home to air dry, but probably could have dried it in about 30 minutes for an additional dollar. I was very happy getting my king size comforter (polyester fill) fresh and clean for under $10! I waited in my car while the comforter was in the wash and when I forgot to put my mask back on, Tammy very politely reminded me to wear it. I will definitely be back to use their large size washing machines. read more

ANYplace but here. the staff is nice enough, but i guess the owner doesn't care at all or else he'd maintain the place. half of the machines are out of order, the ones that supposedly work barely do - and that's been the case for the 8 months that i've been going there (the only reason i've *ever* subjected myself to this ridiculous place after my first experience is because it's nearby). combine that with an awkward layout, and the place is pretty much crowded when there are 4 people in there. avoid. UPDATE - 7/19/15: so today is a sunday - a very busy day for laundromats - and i counted 17 washers out of order and 19 dryers out of order. that's more than half of the machines now, which is completely unacceptable. just take this place out back and shoot it already. read more

The ladies are very nice and professional. However, the owner leaves a lot to be desired. They lost my very valuable table linen and when I spoke to the owner concerning the matter, he had an attitude that said he could care less. I telephoned him several times concerning his promise to try and locate my table linen. He was very dishonest and very deceitful because he made no attempts to find my lost items. I was able to find something very similar to what was lost on eBay. This slothful person made no attempts to reimburse me for the cost or the value of the table linens. This leaves me to know the owner is cheap, unworthy of customers especially good customers, needs to clean himself up, and he also needs to put more money into his business. My table napkins are more more valuable than he will ever be. read more
