The boxes arrived basically destroyed, either in the Petsmart warehouse or by FedEx. The main issue that we are having is with the return process. This order was placed from California by my husband, who is the card holder. The manager of the Denton Petsmart Store stated that the original credit card must be present at the return. This is impossible since the credit card is in California. I believe a refund could be processed using the email order confirmation and the associated card details, without requiring a physical presentation of the card. I believe the Store Manager is going out of her way to make the return as difficult as possible because she doesn't want 49 damaged boxes return. Additionally, we ordered the cat litter for delivery because my daughter, who resides in Gainesville, TX has challenging health issues. Transporting the damages boxes back to the store is a significant challenge for her. At most, she can manage 10 boxes at a time in her vehicle, which would require multiple trips between Gainesville and Denton - an 80 mile round trip - an unreasonable burden. As the store has a contract with FedEx, the store has more influence in working with FedEx to come and pick up the boxes. If FedEx is the entity that damaged the boxes, then FedEx should make things right. The Store Manager was not about to discuss this with FedEx or provide any assistance or solution to this problem. Her attitude was this is basically our problem.

She turned a year and was still difficult on a leash, jumping on guests, and very high energy. I didn't want to leave her somewhere for them to train. I wanted to train her. I saw a dog walking in the park and it was sooo well mannered, I rolled down the window and asked. Next day had a free evaluation with Mindy and that was the beginning of getting my dream dog. She went 4 days and I picked her up at the end of the day for my training. We are currently in our year long group classes and both Lucy and I look forward each class. We are out in real life situations to continue our progress. There are not words to express how thankful I am to all trainers we have worked with!!! Mindy and crew are the absolute best!

Training was a joke. What was meant to take 5 weeks took well over two months. Cancelled lessons on me the day of and even hours before constantly for personal plans. When I reached out about my issues with training I met with another trainer because it was agreed the training needed to be started over. We had one training session before I started working two jobs. I reached out and asked for a refund since I would no longer be able to do repeat training. Owner was supposed to call me but instead chose to text which shows how unprofessional they are. They insisted there would be no refund and my only option was repeat training. They were rude and condescending and completely unwilling to help or work with me. I asked for a copy of the contract I signed which does not say anything about no refunds. They told me that since their trainer had already been paid they couldn't help me. Unreal. The reason I signed up when I did was because I had just gotten my puppy and wanted to start training ASAP. I was unemployed at the time so the expense for training was a big one, but I believed it to be worth it as I had hopes for this dog to be a therapy dog. I had plenty of time then to go to training and work with her at home. With my new schedule for work everything would be far too disruptive. The contract I signed even states that for best results, things need to be completed in a timely manner. However the owner of the company tried to tell me even if the trainings were spaced out over a year it would be fine. I would have been better off watching YouTube videos and working from those.

BEWARE! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR DOGS TO THIS MAN! The negative reviews only touch upon the least of…read morethe issues with this man. Anyone who commented positively only does so because they are clueless as to what went on behind the scene. He is brutal, barbaric & achieves that "trained" dog appearance by fear and breaking a dogs spirit in a completely unacceptable way, by any dog lover standards. He himself is rather odd & absent minded as if running in 30 directions going no where. He conducts HIS daily activities at HIS home as if just another day, regardless how many dogs are in his care for training, without any real sense he is being paid top dollar to actually spend time with his furry little clients & TRAIN them. He actually spends little to hardly any time with them. Dogs sit in cages. All day long. His belief, as some reviews allude, dogs are meant to be in cages atleast 85% of the time & should only come out when directly played with. He does train with hot dogs. They respond to this garbage, because they are starved. Fluffy will only be let out of his cage once or twice a day to pee & the 15-20 mins of so called "training" or attention he will give him. Then back to the cage for another 8-10 hours. We made the mistake of taking multiple dogs to this man through a misguided friend's referral. We spent many thousands of dollars we didn't have to waste, with the expectation in return we would have well behaved family pets. Our dogs, typically a family protection breed, learned NO obedience or social skills but say the word CAGE & they stop dead in their tracks & immediately retrieve (at high speed) back to their crates and cower. We wonder with what brutal force and barbaric means these beautiful protection dogs were beaten into submission that they would disregard their natural inbred instincts in the short 10 day training time they were with him. As far as lifting dogs up by their slip knotted choke ropes he uses on all pets, and flinging them in the air, that is also TRUE. We witnessed multiple owners dropping off or returning to pick up their pets during our time there & watched in horror as some poor dogs made the mistake of desperately trying to run to their parents to take cover. He jerked the leash so hard & fast, the little guys went airborne 5 feet off the ground, by their necks, as they were flung across the room into a stack of cages, missing the openings, then he grabbed them before hitting the floor & roughly threw them inside the cage & shut the door. We gasped! This man is definately NOT an animal lover, rather an animal abuser that charges top dollar to basically break your dog's spirit & uses pure fear for their motivation. He spent very little to no time with OURS & it showed in their lack obedience & social skills, which was vitally important for them to learn. As lifetime pet owners and lovers of animals we strongly urge anyone thinking of training their dogs with this man, to run as fast the other way as possible. This is NOT training with respect & positive reinforcement. If people keep paying him top dollar to kennel board their pet, which is all you will get, he will be able to continue his abuse and financially benefit from it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
