Parking is located in the garage next door which is convenient enough. Breakfast is a buffet which covers the basics hot and cold food fare. They serve an afternoon tea for 5 euros per person with some scones and teacakes. Great way to hold you over while waiting for dinner. The room is nicely appointment with all the basic things you need as well as a coffee maker. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back and stay again.

The restaurant is on the first floor of what I believe is a hotel. The dining area is large, can seat many people, and is well-kept and organized. Our server was a tall gentleman in his forties who quickly set us up and got us going. I started with the Portuguese vegetable soup and opted for their grilled salmon for my main course. My significant other ordered an appetizer I do not recall (because I did not shoot a photo of it!) and grilled swordfish. We also ordered a bottle of Portuguese green wine (recommended by our server) to accompany our meal. Everything we had was fresh and tasty. Our server was very attentive and promptly served what we asked for. He was also very good at answering the questions we had. My partner wanted to check a few stores, so she finished quickly and left me alone. So I decided to indulge myself and order a dessert with my coffee. There's a pool and also a small farm with goats in the back yard. The taxi driver that took me here on my first day was impressed that I was lucky to be able to book for a room/unit at this place and she also mentioned that it's a very nice place. I totally agreed. One thing that I can't understand how a mistake took place when we hung the sign on the door asking for no cleaning but they still came in to clean when we were not there. The privacy sign we had on the door was taken inside that's how we knew someone entered our unit while we were away. Besides that everything else was a 5-star!

You can't beat the location, very close to the Basilica with one side of the hotel providing beautiful views. The rooms are simple and very clean. I cannot speak regarding price or parking as I came with a tour group and all was included in one sum for the entire trip. The hotel site states it's a family owned an run business. I honestly did not know what to expect but was impressed with the modern decor. Although the rooms themselves were small they had adequate space and the WiFi signal was great for my son's academic and streaming needs. For convenience there is a bar and restaurant on the premises. Breakfast was typical Portuguese style and I found it to be just "okay" compared to our last hotel in Lisbon. Dinner was also just "okay" but the presentation was nice and great for convenience factor.
