Quintana is only open for lunch. They have a buffet on the weekends and on holidays. I read quite a lot of good reviews on tripadvisor so I figured I would swing in there on Saturday. I am very happy that I did. The buffet menu changes all the time and the quality of food that they have is very good. They also have specialty juices. I tried the a juice that combined orange, maracuja, ginger and honey. This juice was amazing. I will try another one the next time I come back. The price was quite expensive for a lunch so this won't be a weekly luncheon for me. Probably a monthly luncheon. They have a covered patio so on a nice bright day, this is the ideal place to come, relax and enjoy some good food. read more

Went for lunch on Wednesday and it was fantastic. It's a buffet, so I took a small amount of each dish and everything was delicious. If you are looking for an organic restaurant in Curitiba I can't imagine a better place. I will be going back again. read more

The food, a buffet of locally sourced Brazilian dishes, was very good. The atmosphere is awesome, with a rotating display from local artists, and the staff was extremely friendly. The chef was very proud of the restaurant's collection of native stingless bee hives, and shared tastes of their honey, which was very tasty! read more

We had a business last October in Curibita and had the fortune to find this restaurant just around the corner of our hotel. The food was fresh, local and delicious. The menu changes daily and the service was excellent. My husband and I rarely eat at the same place twice when we are on short business trips especially we like to try everything. But we went to this place twice! The second time, we brought the rest of our companions and we had a personal service/ tour with the chef herself. She showed us her bee collection and very luck to try different honeys. So sad we had to catch our flight home. Everyone visiting Curibita must try this restaurant. read more

Simply put....awesome! Food is uber good and fresh. Great use of coriander in this axing rizoto dish! The Caipirinha was amazing. Wait staff was very friendly and the chef Gabriella took time to show me around and tell me all about the dishes. Really super place. This is now my fav in Curitiba!!! It's a must go, but note it's only a lunch business (no dinner). read more
