Had an amazing time at Quintealia's with my daughters. It was a great experience, our server (Addie) was awesome. Highly recommend this place, it was a bit far from RR but it was worth the drive.

I definitely took to many pictures...

Simply to die for!!! I don't know where to start. There's so many things that I adored about this place. The food never disappoints always delicious! I tried a few new things today that I wouldn't normally try and ended up liking it! I believe we ordered the Queen Elizabeth option they had on their menu. If memory serves me correctly, I believe it was Between 27 and 30 per person is my guess. Worth every penny, though! We got a nice little tower of delicious little finger foods, the top, starting with a warm fresh scones towards the center we have some extra pastries along with a quiche which was divine!!! And then the third bottom tier is our sweets! We had a lovely selection of a lemon bar, pastries with jam and chocolates! The tea selection was out of this world! It was a little overwhelming at first, realizing how much tea they had. I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted, because I wanted to try all of them! Each of us ended up getting one pot of tea. I got a orange citrus sunshine, which was nice and light and smelled like fruity pebbles, and then we got a blueberry rose tea that was very fruity and had a wonderful aftertaste and then we got a ginger lime tea for our third pot we got a hibiscus tea that I've gotten twice now and love. For service the staff is always so well dressed! And each interaction with staff is always so engaging and welcoming and the owners story is so cool she has been collecting teasers for YEARS! Very teacup and pot you get served with is apart of her MASSIVE collection! And each person at the table gets to use their own unique teacup and it always so fun to look at what designs you get and also see what everyone else got. She does have special sets that are just for display and not for usage but I think that pretty cool too I always appreciate looking at a nice tea set. Also if you like you can always go upstairs to the gifts shop and get some teacups and pots for yourself if you like! I love miniatures and they were selling this one set and I just had to have it. Overall, this place is always such a treat to go to! Out of all the reviews I have ever made for places to eat with the family this is a solid top 3 contender for BEST PLACES TO EAT in Cleveland Ohio! Good job ladies keep up the good work!!!

Had tea service for 2 and what a lovely and relaxing time it was. Our server was live avid friendly and attentive. He checked in on us just the right amount. Water we were served was infused with water. Ordered the blueberry hibiscus bottomless tea. Wow was that good! We shared two huge pots of it! The scones with Devonshire cream and jam were amazing! Sandwiches were good, the quiche on menu had sausage, which my Mom enjoyed. They were able to substitute a vegetarian option for me. Tea cakes/sweets were fresh and too cute to eat! We enjoyed them all.

What a beautiful setting for a tea house. I felt pampered and enjoyed my experience. I had the Masala Chai and it was exceptional. I enjoy very flavorful tea and their recommendation hit the mark. The food was fresh and tasty. The young ladies with us were treated like queens! After tea we went upstairs and did the fairy craft. Highly recommend!

Attended tea with a large group. It was spectacular! Each room is decorated a bit differently. Each is so quaint and comfortable! The owner was there making her grandmother's recipes and you could taste the love in each treat. The tea was so good! I tried the orange cinnamon and the hibiscus. The staff were amazing as well. Highly recommend this beauitful tea house!

You have to go to Quintealia's! The first time I went here it was actually for a birthday celebration for a little girl and it was wonderful! So wonderful I just took my daughter for a special mommy & daughter lunch date for tea! Everything was great from the moment we arrived until we left. It exceeded my expectations. I made reservations and they seated us quickly. I was surprised it wasn't too busy for a Saturday. The Victorian home is beautiful...let me back up. The decorations are wonderful inside and it is very peaceful inside. It really takes you back in time. The room we sat in was cozy and shabby chic/Victorian. There were linens and crystals hanging from the ceiling it was very whimsical. I had a pot of English breakfast tea, which is the best tea I've ever had. (And I drink tea everyday) Hanna our waitress brought my daughter the special bunny tea pot filled with lemonade and my daughter was ecstatic! I had the savory sampler and it was delish! I also had soup, it was the tomato bisque and it was also amazing. My daughter had the princess lunch! She loved it! She had a pb & j sandwich in the shape of a butterfly on a wand. She also had applesauce and a little cookie/cupcake for dessert. The service here was absolutely top notch. The food is good, not filling...but you are there for tea. The best part! I love everything about Quintealia's and we will be visiting more often! Plus it's a great excuse to get all dressed up and have a special girls day! Update! My daughter and I went back for our special celebration and as always everything was beautiful! The food was amazing, the hostess, waiter, everything was great! We absolutely love everything about Quintealia's!

Very nice place for something different. I was a little surprised by the cost though. I will say the tea was excellent! We had a really fun time celebrating my birthday!

This is the best decorated tea parlor I have visited. Make sure to have reservations as this place is small and busy. I was in as a group of five and we sat at a table near the front picture window and beautifully decorated fireplace. We each got our own pot of tea and were able to sample each others: all very tasty. For lunch I ordered the savory sampler which is a variety of 4 finger sandwiches and a cup of soup (I picked the tomato bisque). The portion is dainty so while delicious it's not completely filling. Overall, it was a fun and sophisticated ladies lunch. On the down side by the time we got there at 1pm, they were out of a lot of items from tea flavors, lunch items and dessert.

I had to stop here for the second time. From the minute you pull up to the beautiful home, you feel at peace. Walking in you are greeted by a server who is ready to seat you. I saw a sign that they had a little boutique upstairs so of course I had to stop up there first. The owner of the boutique was so friendly and had many beautiful pieces of jewelry and accessories. I picked up a face mask that was so amazing to use I loved it! I also picked up a key ring for my keys and cardholder. When I went downstairs I was greeted again and led to my table had some blueberry hibiscus tea which is my favorite. I recommend the mac and cheese - they even put a "Q" on it for Quintealias! And they're cheesecake is so aesthetically pleasing and was delightful! The only thing I would change would be too offer some keto friendly options for desserts as my grandma was keto and couldn't enjoy any desserts. Thank you Quintealias!

Ok so there is mostly good I can say about this lovely tea parlor. As soon as I walked in, I was enveloped in regal Victorian vibes. I was very impressed with the decor which created a very warm and fancy atmosphere. On the fireplace mantle that's closest to the door, there are even pictures of famous people having tea. There's even a picture of Oprah enjoying tea in what seems to be the adjoining room of the tea parlor (I think it was photoshopped). The service is really nice. They even asked my boyfriend if he uses his right or left hand, so they could put his tea kettle on the appropriate side. The food is great, especially the scones that are sometimes served straight from the oven. My only minor gripe is the food is kinda boring. Everything tastes really good however, I would like to see more unique details added to the food. Everything was average items I could find at a normal bakery. Although, this is a traditional tea parlor, so I understand why. Everyone is super smiley here and I really enjoy all the serving ware. I looked around at each table and not one tea kettle was the same. Would I come back here? Maybe if I was in the area and wanted an experience. It's a long drive from Akron, where I am originally from and I am not sure if it is worth the drive for a causal tea outing. I would attend a themed tea experience for Halloween, Christmas, etc.

We just had the most wonderful, beautiful, and perfectly prepared bridal shower at Quintealia!.Staff was unbelievable. Annette is a gem. I highly recommend this place for special events or an the afternoon tea.

I made reservations in advance for a party of 5 and I am glad I did because this place was pretty busy on a Saturday at 1pm. The tea parlor is located around the Burton square in a beautiful green Victorian mansion. Inside is just as lovely with its decor and you can tell there is a lot of attention paid to detail. We all got our own little pot of tea, some dined on finger sandwiches with a cup of soup, others had crust less quiche with a side salad, and most of us tried the scones of the day with cream and jam. Here are my details: *Savory Sampler $12.95 - You get a choice of soup or salad and the soup comes out in a small clear tea cup. I had tomato bisque and it was pretty good. For the main bit you get four finger sandwiches with some fruit. It's a light meal so don't expect to leave full unless you order something else to go along with it. *Scones and Cream $4.95 - Two small scones with devonshire cream and jam. A-okay. *Pot of Tea $4.95 - I got the raspberry tea and had no complaints. I think we all enjoyed our elegant little meals, and of course the pleasant company of each other. With tax and 20% gratuity automatically added, my bill was just shy of $30. So not a cheap experience, but fancy tea time with friends is still a lovely time especially if you dress up and wear hats. However, while good, I would not rate this place five stars though. Half a dozen things we requested they were out of which started to move past disappointing and into tiresome. Also, while our server was polite, he was not fully on top of his game. He had to go back to the kitchen a couple of times to find out what was in things like the crepe of the day, or what else they were out of, and he never brought out our sides so we sat for a really long time waiting with just tea when we should have been enjoying soup and salad before the entrée arrived. I will say that it was nice of one of the owners, Annette, to stop by and see how we were doing. If you live around the Burton area or if you don't mind a long car ride, I recommend checking this tea parlor out. A cute place for a little girl's birthday party, some father daughter time, or just a ladies lunch. Be prepared to spend a couple hours here and don't come hungry. Maybe making a day out of your visit to Burton and checking out other attractions in the area would make the longer trip here even more worthwhile (it was an hour drive for me from Rocky River).

Absolutely loved our experience at Quintealia's. The staff was super friendly and professional especially in this difficult time. The tea parlour was beautifully decorated and very clean. Really enjoyed the special touch on the hot towels before our food. We ordered the afternoon tea and the farmers market quiche. Call and make a reservation just because due to COVID-19 not all tables can be used so it's better to have a reservation.

I stopped in during Apple Butter Fest, and simply walked over to the cafe. AMBIANCE: It's the type of cafe where time stands still. Many friends and families were relaxing on the patio during the last warm days of autumn. At unhurried pace there were even mother and daughter playing cards. Slow pace atmosphere carried inside. Each home-like room of the cafe was occupied by families having a nice conversation and coffee. There are plenty of diffident nooks for groups and solo coffee connoisseurs. Seating is available in the form of couches, wooden tables and chairs. The way that the cafe is separated into rooms allows for extra roomy atmosphere and an element of privacy. FOOD/DRINKS: The menu includes food options like soups, wraps, deli sandwiches, and breakfast items. Baked goods can be found in the case like tasty looking muffins. As far as fiends, there's wine, coffee, tea, and more. Coffee can be customized with various pumps of sweeteners. Tea is available loose leaf and you can custom scoop your tea bag with a desired flavor. I really wanted to order Cayenne Kick Mocha. But my middle aged body would have acid reflux. Instead I went for another option - hot apple cider (medium cup, $4) to continue my apple theme. The cider was very tasty and scorching hot. SERVICE: The best way to describe service is very transaction and anxious. The line was pretty long which may explain it. This part of the experience felt the most fast paced. I didn't enjoy the service at all. I might drop in again to try Cayenne Kick Mocha next time. I loved the atmosphere but not so much the service. Nonetheless, I want to give them a try on a slower day.

We've lived in Ohio for two years and have been passing the shop that entire time. We finally decided it was time to go in and see what they had to offer. Located in North Canton on Fulton Drive, The Ohio Tea Company welcomes you with a warm and inviting atmosphere the moment you walk through the door. The décor is charming, especially the beautiful wallpaper behind the front counter, and the entire aesthetic has an old-world feel that makes the space even more special. Their selection is impressive. They carry a huge variety of teas--herbal, tisanes, green, white, oolong, black, and dark teas--pretty much any flavor profile you can imagine. My wife was beyond excited browsing through all the options. She admitted it was a little overwhelming (in the best way), but she eventually chose Rose Earl Grey, Snowberry, Vintage Earl Grey, and Vanilla Chai. When we got home, she immediately tried the Rose Earl Grey and said it was absolutely lovely and full of flavor. In addition to tea, they also offer a variety of accessories and snacks that pair perfectly with your cup. The customer service was top-notch--friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. We were helped by Kurt, who I believe is one of the owners. When I asked how long they had been in business, he shared that they've been in their current location for over two years and have been a company for more than a decade. It was great learning a little about their history. My wife even signed up for their monthly newsletter and received a free half-ounce of tea of her choice, which was a nice bonus. Everything we purchased was reasonably priced and very affordable. You can also find them on Instagram, Facebook, and their website, OhioTeaCo.com.
