I've heard such good things about Rosie so I was stoked to try them out!…read more Hands-down one of my FAVOURITE burgers ever Both Mr C and I tried their Legendary Flat Top Burgers and all I can say is - 100% recommend going here. We love homemade burgers so not only were these made in-house but also it's also Saskatchewan beef patty gotta #supportlocal whenever we can! Now let's start with my burger! I got the PB & Dill burger and if you can't tell from the name - there's PEANUT BUTTER and DILL together in a burger! Who woulda thought combo is friggin' delish?! It also comes with bacon and deep fried pickles - seriously - you can never go wrong with these two. Thiiick burger with lotsa sauce = very messy me cause I ate it slowly but totally worth it cause I wanted to savour every bite. It came with a side of home cut fries Next is Mr C's Aloha Burger tbh I don't remember what he said since this was a few months back but I do recall him enjoying it as well. He loves grilled pineapple and the veggies were all so bright and fresh that it leveled up the burger for sure. He got a side salad We came for lunch so the portion was definitely more than enough! Mr C ended up packing half his burger so he could finish his salad and I ate my whole burger and had to leave the fries behind even sharing with Mr C, we couldn't finish the fries but it was so good We're definitely going to be coming back next time we're in town and you should too cause they are amazing

We needed a place to have dinner for our one night in town and Rosie's was it. It's fun to try…read morethese restaurants downtown for places I've never been. Gives you a feel for the area. Rosie's has a 1970's 1980's collector vibe with records, 8 track tapes, bottle openers, etc adorning the walls. There is not a ton of seating inside but there is an outdoor patio for additional seating. Service was great. I got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich which was HUGE. I ate half. I got it with the homemade potato chips which were so good. It seemed so odd to have to pay for street parking in Moose Jaw but we did at $2 for an hour.

I found this place as a "foodies" suggestion through Yelp. My expectations were raised; the reviews…read moreseemed positive. To be fair this a pizza place: it smells like pizza when you go in and most of the customers go for pizza. So when I inquired as to a gluten free menu, I was hoping for gf pizza crust. "Yes, we have a gluten free menu", the friendly waitress assured me and and handed me a take-out menu with GF possibilities highlighted in yellow. I chose souvlaki with rice and was offered a salad or soup to go with it. The soup was cream of potato. "Is that Gluten free?", I asked. "No", she replied. "Well what are your salad choices?" "House salad and Caesar salad". I ordered a Caesar salad, and I carefully specified "no croutons". It was no more than lettuce with kraft dressing on it. It was disappointment, but edible. The souvlakia was simply a frozen chicken skewer that had been thawing in lemon juice. The accompanying rice was cooked some other day, and seemed like it too, had come from a corner of the freezer. Don't ever order this, here. Ever. My companion unknowingly ordered the hot hamburger sandwich. Growing up, I had learned that hot anything sandwich meant two slices of white bread, with the anything being meat, usually turkey, chicken or beef, and all covered in gravy. Today it was a frozen hamburger patty and not what my friend thought he had ordered. People who stick to pizza may have a better experience. It seems to me that the non pizza choices were worse than going to my mother-in-laws for lunch. She's 82 years old and never learned how to cook.

Pro-tip: if you're getting sauce or condiments, specifically ask to have these put on right after the lettuce, and before any other toppings, this keeps the sauce inside the sandwich. Also, don't forget to ask to get your sub pressed... delicious. The guy in the moose jaw location was a bit flustered on some online food delivery service orders, but he ended up banging out a perfect sandwich and provided a little comedic relief. I recommend the Moose Jaw Mr. Sub.

My family is a regular customer of this Mr Sub we probably get a sub once a week for everyone in my…read morefamily and it's usually pretty good. my last visit was horrible we got the Louisiana chicken and the guy didn't strain the chicken first so our subs we're just a soggy mess I attached an image for proof when I complained and ask for my money back they told me they can only give me the sub of the day and acted like I was being unreasonable. Needless to say mistakes happen but when you pay 30 dollars for a few sandwichs and you get a soggy mess it's not unreasonable to expect your money back. If a manager is reading this keep my money and use it to buy a strainer so your employees don't give customers a cup of water with their chicken. Also as the other user said very skimpy you get 3 strips of bacon for $5 dollars pretty sure you should get 4 strips of bacon on a footlong sub I'm not sure if this is a Moose Jaw thing or Mr Sub either way the ratio is way off where do you put the third strip of bacon?
