The two salesmen are also the owners, so they really seem to care about the quality of their stock and about listening to the customer's needs. The saleman I dealt with (John) was friendly, helpful, told corny old jokes that he somehow made funny and didn't whack me with the hard-sell once my guard was down. Prices seem to be very competitive too: I live in Devon and the Freelander I bought from them was the cheapest (and nicest looking from the pics on their site) I could find on the net within reasonable travelling distance. Fortunately, everything about it was exactly as they said it would be and more than justified the trip from Devon to Cardiff.

The dissapointing thing was the product a BMW 318 2003 model 92,000 miles on the clock , At first everything seemed fine it passed its MOT just before the purchase. Great! First the radiator needed replacing about a week after purchase in all fairness Justin got this sorted asap and gave me a courtesy car at no cost to myself then I broke down and the xpansion tank had completley split years of damage had caused this. The RAC fitted a new tank albeit not properly and again Justin got this sorted for me. for the last 3 to 4 weeks the coolant warning light has constantly been on and I just cannot be bothered to call Hewson motors again! Like I say it is all well and good sorting the problem and providing good customer service but when you purchase a car you want realiability and faith that it will work properly so I am sorry but I would not reccomend this company to purchase a car. Customer service 8/10 product 2/10. I have since sold it and purchased a brand new vehicle.
