In summary, the gates do not shut correctly. There are many gaps along the bottom of the fence. The gates were even installed upside down. (Aka the gate frame hinges installed incorrectly)...Blaze did tell me they were unable to put in a post next to the house which left a gap between the fence and one side of the house. I later found out from another contractor that there is an easy fix for that so Blaze should have at least tried to figure something out before taking my money. I was foolish and alone with my children so I did not do a thorough inspection of the fence after they were finished. I later told Blaze about the issues we had the with fence and at first he said he'd try to come up with a fix....he never did. I finally asked for some of my money back and we never got it if course. I even gave Blaze a copy of our inspection of the fence from another company and I never heard back from Blaze. Blaze was very unprofessional and swore at me through texts and tried blaming us for the gates not closing properly... It sucks that I had to learn the hard way, but make sure you always go with companies through word of mouth from people you trust and always create your own contract of what you expect from that service.
