They finally respond to the review after almost 3 years later. This is indicative of the responses…read more(or lack thereof) when we contacted them because we were buried in and could not use our vehicles to get to work. They say "refer to her other reviews", well please do! Yelp is there for a reason, and in 45 years or doing business, I've left only 3 negative reviews on Yelp. A negative review for one company, does not negate the facts of the review of another. One would think, that if we were such an issue, that they had to "plead with them to renew their contract", we would have been notified in some way - contacted by the owner and perhaps asked to refrain from asking that there be proper snow removal as required by law with wheelchair ramps and fire escapes. We got no notice from the building owner who we were dealing with regularly already due to constant flooding of the lower level units in the winter due to snow thaw and water runoff. I know there were several Landlord and Tenant disputes going on regarding the lack of upkeep to the building on the inside and outside, which caused all but a few of the lower units to be flooded with each heavy rainfall, and brought in dead animals, syringes, mud, mulch and dog feces - drive by, you'll still see sand bags at the fire escape of each unit, in particular with winter rain where flow was impeded by piles of snow and snow left so long it became ice. We vacated the unit before another winter set in, and they were still maintaining the property afterwards. I have several Facebook albums of photos of this company, including the snow over the hood of my car, video of them blocking my vehicle in, video and photos of their "snow removal" which left wheelchair ramps covered, stairs covered, fire escapes packed with snow, and entrances blocked as well as the snow being shot at our windows from their snow blowers. I have several photos of their work in my yelp profile. I have video of me standing in the driveway in my pjs calling their company as their driver blocked me in AGAIN, and felt I could negotiate my vehicle out of a one foot area left beside a 12 foot high pile of snow and the fence that I was parked up against. Vehicle and path in plain sight, with headlights showing the only possible way out of that small spot that I paid for. There was so much snow piled up that the entire length of fence along the property of holborn drive was bent back at a substantial angle, and snow SO high that we have pictures of the neighbors 4x4 parked up the side of it because they could no longer get in their spot either. Pictures don't lie. (my profile picture is their "snow removal" of an elderly woman's wheelchair ramp!) Of course some cars didn't move so that's unavoidable by sidewalks, wheelchair ramps and stairs/landings not done. Just one video of many where *WE* had to do the wheelchair ramp at least enough so the 80 year old could walk down. Phone records don't lie. Please contact me if you would like to see them! People can be in business for decades, and still not supply a satisfactory service - length of time in business does not negate my individual experience with this business. And in closing, most companies would reply soon after a review and make attempts to console or perhaps even dare I say apologize - their response clearly demonstrates their attitude towards any condemnation of their services provided and directs blame towards me instead, regardless of the validity of the complaint of the photographic evidence to support it.
