The bulb was fully functional. I asked him how much it would cost to replace the lens and he told me he would have to order the part and let me know in a few days. I waited almost 2 weeks and never got a call, but a new development took place. My check engine light spontaneously came on for evap code. This has never happened before with my car. I found it very suspicious that this would happen after I had it inspected there less than 2 weeks ago. I walked back into the store and told him my check engine light was on and asked him why he hadn't called me about the part. His response was that it was my responsibility to follow up. Absolutely ridiculous. He then told me it would cost over $1k to replace the entire taillight for a tiny crack in the lens!!! I laughed. He checked my check engine light and said it was for evap code which I already knew. I'm confident they saw a young college kid with a nice car (a camaro) and figured they could scam me for money. I'm very confident they manipulated with my engine which triggered my CEL to come on. DO NOT GO HERE. They will scam you. There is a reason they have terrible reviews.
