She'd already paid for her ticket when she bought cigarettes and they refused to give her money back OR correct the ticket. The guy didn't seem to care, the woman there called the manager and the manager said my grandma had to take the ticket. She's gotten this ticket multiple times, she's said it multiple times and the guy just didn't know what he was doing so she was screwed out of her money/proper ticket.
