One criticism (one that's not really worth taking the review down to 4 stars) is that their public and private lounge have an age standard to get in. The private lounge is available to members and anyone who spends $10 or more at the store, but has a standard of having to be 21 or over to enter. You are allowed to bring and drink alcohol to the store if you're in that lounge so it's understandable, but sometimes makes the public lounge a bit lonely. Still, that definitely won't affect whether or not I go there to hangout or buy some more tobacco.
