In October 2021 I used R&G Hauling and was very pleased with the service and the pricing. Come to this week and I had almost 100 feet of old fencing to get rid of. It looked like such a massive job, which I hated to throw on to anyone. But, Rob came the very next day, loaded up all of the debris and swept in what felt like very little time. He took this massive job and made it look easy. Rob is also very nice and personable. Had a big tube TV that I could not lift. Been broken for five years. I had researched other large corporate haulers but the pricing calculations seemed so complicated that I delayed for five years. R&G Hauling were a joy to work with-- Rob arrived and even waited an extra 20 minutes before I came outside to meet him. We briefly chatted over what needed to be moved. Because it was more than we'd previously discussed on the phone, he gave me a new, still reasonable quote. After agreement, he set straight away to work. It was incredible how fast he worked: he disappeared a mountain of 20-odd trash bags, filled with obsolete electronics and other ancient bits and bobs, a broken picnic table, a rusted bike, a dirty fish tank and empty bird cage, a hideous metal patio swing, a deteriorating side table, and a dead dishwasher. It seemed like an hour and a half had passed, at most. Even though his truck was full, he obliged my last few requests, and returned to pick up a lonely bed frame later in the day. After having painstakingly deep-cleaned my home for days, I was over the moon at the relief their help brought me. R&G's service is well worth a simple phone call-- their pricing is fair, and their work is efficient, thorough and genuine. Arghhhh I really hated looking at the piles of crap in my yard!! The stuff that you think you will put in the trash can next time when it isn't as full and it never happens. Rob did a great job!! Starting with the fact that he answered the phone when I called, was at my house within 20 min to give me a quote. Came back in an hour with his truck and took all the crap in my yard that I didn't want to touch under an hour and a half!!
