He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. We accrued an additional cost when he advised that our back door locked should also be changed (so we wouldn't need different keys). I was hoping he could come first thing the next morning, but he said he was booked and could come the following afternoon. I told him that wouldn't work (someone tried breaking into my house overnight a screwed up my lock). Then he said he could come over 'now'. Talk about impressed! He arrived at 6:40 pm and had the job done by 7:25 pm. He then cleaned up the sawdust from drilling and the old locking system. It took longer to program my iPhone than to install my Seifgard Smart Home Lock. Omer had his truck parked at my driveway and I could see that it looked like a 'hardware store on wheels' inside. He wouldn't have to 'come back tomorrow and finish the job' if he needed a tool or part. Omer was Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly in fixing my broken front door lock, and I will definitely call on him for any future locksmith requirements.

He literally spend half hour and he wanted to charge me $100 more than what he quoted . I declined to pay the extra $100 and he started taking the front door lock off. Really bad experience and uncomfortable. Communication is horrible, I don't recommend him.

I ended up changing the bottom lock as well as the top lock. I wanted a good quality lock. He installed the same lock that he uses at his property. Saving money is not number one when looking for good security. Then I paid him to fix the sliding glass doors. The owner also helped me with hurricane shutters that would not close. He explained that shaking them and moving slowly while holding the upper and lower part of the accordion shutter works best. The prices were reasonable and the value for service received was good. I will definitely use Angel Locksmith every time I need a locksmith now.
