Their shop is located just opposite Iceland, opening times tend to be from 10-6 on most days. Inside, the shop is simply decorated with a desk and a couch at the front and a piercing and tattoo area at the back, both are separated with a black glossy wall reaching to your hips. I went in last week to get a double helix piercing and honestly, they were so helpful, the piercer i had made the two dots on my ear and was very calm when I kept changing my mind. She made sure to show me that the needles (they don't work with guns AT ALL) and the earrings were all brand new, the piercing procedure was straight forward, with it hurting more when the jewellery went in than the needle, all in all it was great, I received a sheet on piercing aftercare which I already knew but it was nice to be provided with the information, she made sure to let me know that I can come back in anytime if I need help and I could also call as well. They are fantastic and I would definitely consider going back there for any other piercings. At £15 each, it was a bargain, would recommend them to anyone I know

By that I mean, you could find most of their stock online at a discount: I've seen shoes here for £40 that I bought for less than £20 on the internet. This applies to pretty much anything you can find in the store, but I can't fault them for it. The advantage to shopping at Tiger Lily of course is the instant gratification of not having to wait a week to get that tub of Manic Panic in the mail, or actually being able to try the damn shoes on before you buy them (curse your strange sizes, Iron Fist...). The guys behind the counter seem pretty friendly and chill... Also, you can get pierced or tattooed here. I've seen a few dubious comments online about the quality of the tattoo artist(s) and their policies, so I would proceed with caution. That said, Tiger Lily is definitely a fun shop and worth checking out.

Its a great place they are very friendly and hygenic, when ever i have gone they have always given me some sort of discount, the studio is very clean, the waiting area is very pleasent you can choose which jewellery you want to have in your piercing whilst you are waiting to be seen. They also do tattoos and have a wide variety of pictures and patterns all over the waitng area walls. I believe the tongue piercing cost me £60 about 4 years ago now.
