The fact that I'm taking the time to review a transportation service and actually putting their…read morebusiness info into Yelp should speak volumes about how terrible my experience with them was. I want to make sure no one has an experience like the one I was put through because of Blue Chip. So, a few friends and I are meeting up and having a little pre game party and then going out to Old Town for New Year's Eve, and seeing as how we're responsible adults we made plans to have transportation to and from the club because we knew that we wouldn't be able to drive and that the cab situation would be abysmal. The driver was originally supposed to show up around 8:45 but when called to confirm we were told he wouldn't actually be there until 9:15 or so, not a big deal, that just gave us girls more time to get ready. We asked the driver if he specifically was going to be the one who was picking us up at 2:00 or if it would be someone else. He said that he was booked but gave us his card just in case. Keep in mind that regardless of whether he was going to be the one or not, SOMEONE was scheduled to pick us up at 2:00 am.... Fast forward to 1:30 am, we're ready to go, we realize it's a little bit early but we figure we'll call and see if someone can come get us. We called the number for the driver who was supposed to get us (we figured out who it was finally) and asked if he was able to pick us up. He said he was in the middle of a drop off and then had a pick up but that he would see if someone else could pick us up and told me he'd call me back. A few minutes go by and no call, so I decide to call the driver who had originally picked us up to see if possibly HE was available. No answer, so I left a voicemail saying where we were and again asking if he could pick us up. After that I called the MAIN PHONE NUMBER for the business and NO ONE ANSWERED! At this point it's about 1:55 so we figure oh well, we'll just wait for our actual ride since he should be here shortly. So we wait, and wait, and wait and no one shows up. Our first driver finally calls me back around 2:10 and says he's busy but he'll try to find someone else to come get us (I've heard that before) so I thank him but ask what happened to the person who was scheduled to get us in the first place? He says he'll find out. By now we're freezing cold and we've realized no one is going to be coming to get us so we end up standing in the street for 20 minutes trying to find a free cab (you know, the exact situation we were trying to avoid). At 3:15 the first driver text messages me and says, "I'm sorry we are extremely busy and he is unable to get there. Next time you need a ride call me and I'll hook u up. Sorry I hope u got home safe." Ummm, thanks but no thanks. I will never ever ever use this business again.

They are always on time and always give an accurate estimate of when the driver will be there. I read the older reviews which is why I was compelled to leave one myself.
