The owner was very knowledgeable and wasn't stuck on trying to sell me a new unit. He gave me the most effective options to get my unit back running. Very straightforward and honest. He was on time. He gave me the pro and cons with replacing or repairing my unit. He was very professional and respectful. Let's face it. Quality HVAC work is not cheap. From my past experiences techs will tell you the cheapest way out then you have to call back because it didn't work or didn't last. The owner at EXACTOS was very responsive straight up and trustworthy. I would highly recommend EXACTOS to anyone that wants it done right. Their great Customer Service is appreciated.

I saw his vehicle advertisement and I contacted him the next day. He squeezed me in so I thought I had made the correct choice in an Hvac company. When he arrived I saw how sloppy his appearance was and I thought to myself he is doing outside work so maybe that's why he looks this way. He arrived and said that my fan wasn't working now I know before my air went out it was working. I thought maybe he just said that to get more money out of me but I couldn't prove it. Then he says the part would cost me $170.00 ( which I later found out from another person that the part can be purchased for $23.00 tax included). He started rushing me to make a decision to pay for the part or he would leave. I have two children and two dogs that were getting overheated because the temperature was over 100 degrees. I let him know that I thought he was very unprofessional and I only planned on spending no more than $112.00 today for Freon he apologized and gave me a $25 discount on my services. He put the part on and recharged the unit. We went in and checked the air it was slightly blowing he said it will get cold momentarily and I might need to clean out my evaporator coil. He said he would charge me $150.00 to clean it, I said no thanks you just took all of my money. He said I could do it myself so I went to the store that night and bought the evaporator coil cleaner and a air filter. I spent $20.00 for those items came back home and it was hotter than before he came. My air had went out again. I called him and he kept saying I need to clean out my coils, I asked him to walk me through the steps. He was very reluctant to do that then he says that he will charge me a $100 to come and clean it. What???? I told him I just paid you $250 to repair my ac unit and it is not working the same day. He said he would come over that next day and guess what I haven't seen him since. I had to get someone else to come over and now it is fixed and they didn't clean my coils. I did not take the time to check on this company before I used it but at least he will not be able to conduct business in this fashion in the future. I informed him that you do not want to mess with me because word of mouth will kill a business. I am the type of person that can make a business more profitable or kill that business I pass the word around. The next step is the Better Business Bureau!!!!!! I contacted Angie's List and he is on there but unless you sign up and pay the membership action cannot be taken against the business. Please do your homework before contacting this company!!!!!!!

I have a very old system which need to be replaced in the near future. I'm glad I call Max today because my house felt like 95 degrees, since Saturday. I can tell Max enjoys doing what he does and passionate about keeping his customers happy.

I called Lee to ask if they could possibly source a part if I had the S/N and give me an estimate of delivery - a general time frame. They said, "They don't operate off another company's diagnosis". This is the dumbest policy I have ever heard of. All she had to do was tell me if they had the part or could get it. If the answer to those was yes, I would schedule a call for them to do their diagnosis which apparently, according to them, is rocket-science. They lost out on a customer. Unit had been working fine for years no problems this was just upkeep. When I paid the technician he said unit looked good. A couple of days later one of the units was cooling. I called Lees back on a Saturday and they came back out Monday. Now all of the sudden the compressor is bad supposedly. The techs said it was storms in the area during the time the compressor was supposedly damaged it. The tech said he had 40 years of experience. I asked him how much experience does it take to get it right. I listened to all of the reason he tried to justify how there actions were the cause of the system failure. Completely made up. STAY AWAY from this COMPANY they will try to make up anything to tell you if they think you have no experience in HVAC repair and maintenance.
