He came, I explained the situation, about 30 minutes he came back and told me the issue and already have a solution and provided me with the amount. He was able to fix my washer in under two hours, where had I gone through the warranty company, they would not have even been able to come out until a week out. For under $500, I think it was well worth it, and he also provided me with insight on how to prevent future issues from arising. Hands done the best appliance company you could ask for.

That was the last time I heard from him, at least when he knew it was me calling. I called multiple times and sent text messages. No response. When I called from a different number, he picked up immediately. When I confronted him about it, his excuse was that it was his birthday week. I pointed out that his birthday did not stop him from returning a call he did not recognize. It only stopped him from returning mine. He promised to send an invoice and follow up. He did neither. More calls, more texts, all ignored. He came to my property, caused damage, dodged my calls, screened me by number, and then went completely silent. This is not a contractor who stands behind his work. Avoid.

It was a joy having him in my home. He was prompt, professional, personable, and honest, and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that my washer and dryer were back up and running at maximal efficiency in the shortest period of time possible. He explained every step of the repair process to me as he progressed along, even to the point of showing me each replacement component used. He kept in touch with me and communicated his anticipated arrival times for the multiple trips he had to make back and forth to my home for the complex repairs and replacements that were needed. He made sure that he left his work area clean and tidy on completion of the job, and to top it all off, despite having quoted a reasonable estimate for the repairs, he discounted this price even further because he wasn't able to fulfill one of the service trips needed on the day and time promised.
