His craftsmanship was evident throughout. The corners line up. The grout lines are clean and consistent. The aesthetics are lovely, and the practical functionality of the bathroom is outstanding. He had to solve for a couple challenges, most notably that the new flooring was thicker and thus created a disparity with the entrance to the master closets in the bathroom and to the master bedroom. His solution was elegant and well done. My morning showers now feel like I'm at a spa. We love it! By the way he and his wife are lovely people and a pleasure to work with.

We bought a spec house with builder grade finishes about 14 years ago. During that time we have…read moreupdated most of the finishes. We finished our third floor, renovated our master bath, and replaced all our carpets with wood and tile floors. Lynn's Renovation Gang did all this work for us at various times. I think their work was very good, Lynn was good at helping us make decisions but gave us the freedom to pick the finishes directly from the suppliers and didn't get in the way of our decisions. Many of these projects included long periods of time with workers in our house. I will say that I have always felt they were very polite and cleaned up after their repairs and updates. I think the combination of their pricing and their workmanship makes them a great value for a remodeler. I also have had them service my HVAC unit and different times when my heat went out or my A/C was on the fritz they were out very quickly to get things working. Once when the A/C went out and they needed to order parts they brought in their air conditioners for the bedroom so we could sleep at night. It's very rare that you find a contractor that can brag on such consistent customer service above and beyond in many I felt bad that I never left a review but recently referred her to some friends for their project and they asked why I hadn't reviewed the business. I felt bad as they have done numerous jobs and provided excellent follow-up service when needed so I remedied that situation today.

I still haven't found the words, but I'll do my best. Let me start with what Kitchen's Plus is not: We tried two other kitchen cabinet services before finding Kithen's Plus. The first place ignored everything we said we wanted in our new kitchen and sent us a quote for cabinets that warp when they get wet and left off the added wall of cabinets, because "nobody ever gets the extra wall once they see the quote." The second place was open to the public, but they were so busy doing cabinet contract work for developers they had no time for us. After calling, emailing, and stopping by the showroom again, we were finally able to get someone to come out and measure for cabinets. Weeks went by. After more calling and emailing it became quickly apparent we needed to try somewhere else. Enter Kitchen's Plus. I left a message for Kitchen's Plus detailing my dilema on a Friday and by Tuesday morning, I was talking to Joel. He immediately got us on his calendar. It was our luck that Kitchen's Plus recently hired an interior designer, Crystal. She was able to help us figure out what to do with the tighter sections of the kitchen we were not sure what to do with. While we went in with one cabinet manufacutrer in mind, Joe was able to recommend an even better cabinet made locally by Kitchen Cabinet Distributors. The cabinets were built better and cost 25% less to boot! We put our deposit down and got on their installation calendar. Four weeks later, the crew arrived to begin. Joel, Nathan, Justin, and Crystal are all wonderful people that care about their work. It shows in the finished product. There were some things we wanted in the kitchen that were not available, so Joel made us a custom wine rack. It fit the space we had perfectly. He also went out of the way to find us a black drain for our new white ceramic sink, knowing the chrome one that came with the sink did not match our black and white theme. In addition to their excellent craftmanship the crew also works really well together. During the install, they'd joke with each other and at times break into group song. My wife and I recently had a total kitchen remodel from Triangle Cabinets & Renovation. In addition, waterlines were moved, existing vent line moved, and new lighting was installed. The project was discussed with us in great detail by Trey Green & his son, Colby Green. Everything was laid out in black and white. Colby did a fantastic job of designing the new kitchen as appliances were moved and a completely different look was portrayed. Colby made several changes on the drawings and really did a wonderful job of giving us the kitchen of our dreams. Each and every trade that was utilized was exceptional. The trades included, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical contractors as well as tile installers, cabinet installers, fabricators, painters, and demolition team. The cabinet selection was extensive and the suppliers of countertops and tile were very good. Prior to demolition, the entire kitchen area was enclosed in a protective barrier to keep dust and debris from going into adjoining rooms. The hardwood floors adjoining the kitchen area were covered with construction paper and tarps. We were well informed as to when each and every aspect of the remodel would take place. There were no surprises or hidden costs. Each and every item was outlined before the work began and all of our concerns were addressed. This is our third new home that we had built. Although this house was only 12 years old, we wanted something that was kitchen friendly and attractive. We have had several contractors perform work for us over the years but not one could compare to Triangle Cabinets & Renovations. I wanted one thing with cabinets changed and they came out same day and changed for me! Matt was over often during the work, explaining what came next. A lot of work behind the scenes to keep things moving smoothly. A few blips, mostly with walls not being squared, or plumbing lines wonky, but adjustments were made, and we stayed close to budget. "Hey Molly this is Mark with kitchen tuneup hey I just got off the phone with my corporate folks just understand the new a a contractual agreements _ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ with our new um new owners and and I'm not shell the deposit is nonrefundable but you have they give you 90 days you know just in case you go decide you want to do it um you know however that that is up to my discretion how long that is so say yes LOL I'm gonna have to wait till August September whatever on we you know we can put you on the calendar um I think I'm gonna be able to find work next week I got somebody just today that's got a a a a couple... Next week that I may be able to possibly _⁠_⁠_⁠_ I really really you know I want to work with you so but I did have a phone that's why I want to call me I don't see why there's any reason you know you might want to get a new cabinet but you know with everything going on we can still paint your cabinets and do the cabinet in front of the front of the sink just the way it is today and then when you decide to get the new cabinet you know and if you want somebody else to install it fine if you want us to install it fine um and we can get the doors off of that new cabinet that you get and a week and then come out all agreed to come back out and repaint that and a take the doors back and repaint the box so that they all match in so give me a call to discuss and you know I know you're a little stressed out yesterday so um hopefully you know you were able to take a couple breaths after I left I can get on the want to I didn't want to frustrate you anymore so but when you get an opportunity give me a call but obviously a you know if you want to move for like I said let me know I need to know by today because I got a pick the doors up Thursday because I have a guy that comes out to me I have to let him know so please let me know the best number to reach me is on my cell phone The crazy thing about this is in my home he said I already got paid. The luxury vinyl is extremely strong yet soft to your feet. It's not slippery like normal hardwoods but gives the appearance and feel of some executive level material! I had the first two floors of my house replaced with these luxury vinyl planks and Daniel and his team were able to get the job done with 2 days! He's done work on several other properties including my parents house. To make things even better, this is a family run business with both design and architectural expertise every step of the way.
