So when I was looking for a dentist in Rochester, I listed out 51 offices on my Google maps and read all the reviews and filtered it down to only 3 really good dentists in the city. One of them being Nicholas Brong and Zumbro Family Dental. Nicholas was a super cool dude during treatment, listening to his patients, (something most doctors seem to forget about nowadays) and coming up with an ad hoc plan to target my problem areas without tooth material loss. Everyone was nice to work with from beginning of the first appointment and follow-ups. Brook at the front desk is funny to talk to and set up everything easy. And they play the best soundtrack of classical 70's rock in there so that was primo. I hope I don't have to go to a dentist for years to come but if I lived in Rochester and needed to then Nicholas would be my choice. I called to ask if our new insurance was accepted and the lady at the front desk was so rude and immediately cut me off and said " We don't take that " didn't even let me finish my question. Like I mentioned we went to him for over 6 years, and once we moved I took my children to a Pediatric dentist and so many problems were found that Dr. Travis never even addressed. Now keep in mind this is after religiously getting our checkups every 6 months on the dot. Overall horrible care and service, I don't recommend this place to anyone at all. I cant believe they can be so rude and disrespectful after being a patient's for so long. Unreal and very disappointing.
