Dr. Schmitt is a great dentist. He cares about his patients and provides quality care.

Very horrible attitude at the front desk, my family and I have been patients for years and now we have different insurance. I called to ask if our new insurance was accepted and the lady at the front desk was so rude and immediately cut me off and said " We don't take that " didn't even let me finish my question. Like I mentioned we went to him for over 6 years, and once we moved I took my children to a Pediatric dentist and so many problems were found that Dr. Travis never even addressed. Now keep in mind this is after religiously getting our checkups every 6 months on the dot. Overall horrible care and service, I don't recommend this place to anyone at all. I cant believe they can be so rude and disrespectful after being a patient's for so long. Unreal and very disappointing. read more
