In August, 2017 I found that my boat trailer has a broken cross member (hollow steel tubing that supports the weight of the boat). The great folks at Wharf Power Sports at Railway Street and Pump Avenue in Kenora suggested I take my trailer to R and T Tire (also known as Kal Tire). They looked over the damage and rearranged their work to fix my issue. Note: I had just finished a fishing trip on Lake of the Woods and had an 800 mile drive ahead of me to get home.
The guys at R and T Tire were great. They did a very good job and exceeded my expectations in their work, the way they kept me informed as to what they were going to do and in getting the job done without an appointment. I had an opportunity to listen in when they were dealing with customers and prospective customers and they showed a genuine interest in the customers.
I would definitely use them for new tires and service. read more
