Then I get a bill 9 months later because my insurance declined claim even through Aspen dental in Starkville said it was pre-approved (I requested pre-approval). I called customer service and they told me to wait to make payment until they could fix this and Starkville Aspen dental sent me to collections. Stay away from this place. As soon as you walk in the staff is ghetto. That should have been a big red flag. Also should have checked for any board complaints for their dentist. Trash

Even though I was owed a full refund bc no impressions were taken, they decided to keep it anyway claiming invoices for impressions were created. This is fraud and theft and completely unprofessional. They have no concern for their patients. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor have I ever heard anything positive about them when discussing what happened to me with their previous patients.
