It's been nearly a year since he went to Dr. Fritz and she still hasn't uploaded his test results to MyChart or gone over test results with him. She referred him to a specialist that can't get him in until June... we called the specialist and they said if Dr. Fritz calls to say it's urgent he might be able to get in sooner. The MA gave him a hard time and basically told him he just has to deal with it and refused to pass on the message to the Dr. Not to mention, my husband is also in residency so he knows how these things work and is still being wronged. We're asking PCP's to no longer refer patients there and would NOT recommend going here.

I had an appointment for my mother who is 83 years of age. I had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. I asked if she needed blood work done again since we rescheduled. Olivia at the front desk told me no since the appointment was only 2 weeks away. We get there and she did not have her down for that new date. She said it was for a month away. If that was the case she would had needed new blood work. My problem is that she didn't bother to see if any of the doctors could take my mom that day. She just said "we don't have her down for today". For those of you with elderly parents you know the effort it takes to get them to an appointment. I also took off work. But the main problem was that she only needed someone to go over her blood work and she refused to ask if they could squeeze her in. My mom has to prepare hours beforehand to get dress and get to appointments. She wasn't pleasant and had no empathy whatsoever. If I didn't like the doctors there, I would certainly never go back!!!!
