I could tell many of the folks stopping in were locals. The selection was fairly extensive and included both Mikkeller brews as well as the local BRLO. I had a raspberry sour by Mikkeller which fortunately was not too sour and actually super delicious! I was excited to see there is a run club associated with this location (how I learned of the brand and planned to get involved in Belgium). He recommended several beers based on my preferences and allowed me to try them. I ended up with a cider, which was ok, but the ABV was on the low side for me. I like sours, and they only had one, which I didn't like. Most of their other offerings were stouts (hate), IPAs (normally too hoppy), and beers that had low ABVs. However, despite them not having a selection that I was into, I still recommend this place. I'm sure they have different beers all the time, so it's worth a visit.

Instead, their beer selection is more than decent. 20+ German beers from "hell" to "dunkel", Pilsner, Weizen, Kristall... you got it. Fair price with 2-4 Euro per glass. The city train stop is right in front of the door and other Mitte bars are nearby.

The raw edge wooden bar and super clean back bar featuring a standard array of hard alcohol and a select few craft beers on tap are quite welcoming. There's plenty of seating in the back to enjoy a few brews with friends or grab a cappuccino and read in the cozy leather sofa.
