My visit at Dr. Tom's office was more than superb. First let me say his assistant was just so kind and made me feel so relaxed. Dr. Tom came in and introduced himself so kindly. His professionalism along with his pleasant bedside manner confirmed that I had chosen the right dentist. His expertise in the dental field and allowing me to express my concerns was more than I'd received from other dentist. There was no wait time and each staff I passed going to the examination room greeted me with a smile and warm greeting. I traveled 52 miles to see Dr. Tom and honestly, I would travel 252 miles to see him. I consider myself and all his patients very fortunate to have Dr. Tom as our dentist. Great staff from the front office to the back office and Dr. Tom is a gem! Always professional, friendly and everyone makes you feel comfortable (imagine being comfortable in a dental office ;) ! Office is clean, organized and I've never waited longer than 10 mins for my appointment. Sterile technique during cleanings and procedures are excellent. Ashley did my cleaning and was excellent - also gave me great tips and advice on oral care. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more
