First, most of the times she is not working and when you need something no one else in the office is willing to help and says only she is able to access the client's personal information like tax returns. Next, she is NEVER responsive, I had to call her office multiple times along with the multiple emails my lender and I had sent. When she feels like responding, the message is short, no email etiquette whatsoever. Responsiveness is an ESSENTIAL role in the professional world, however she doesn't meet an aspect of being professional so I was not surprised that she lacked this skill. She also makes MANY simple mistakes. In my friend's tax return his personal property was listed as an investment property, I told him and he was surprised to learn she had been making this mistake for the past two years he was with her. My lender required a CPA letter confirming some details which was required by the government. At first, she declined writing the letter stating it went against CPA ethics since it was a comfort letter. After explaining to her that my CPA had written it for my business and it is required by the federal government she decided to write it. Not to our surprise it was written INCORRECTLY, in fact it was only two sentences. The underwriter asked her to properly write it, however, we received no response. Both the lender and I sent multiple emails and I called the office multiple times but she was always busy and I never received a call or email back. Then, one morning I tried emailing her again and her response was that she will not write the letter. Due to this, my closing was delayed a week! In the end, I would steer clear of this place, unless you prefer the lack of professionalism and would like errors in your work. I am surprised she is in business because she lacks basic professionalism skills and has no respect for anyone. As a business owner, these skills are essential to have not only for your business, but also for your clients.
