Joe called me back the same day and was able to stop by the next day with a quote before his official business hours. He went out of his way and stared his day early since I told him about time sensitivity of needing it up before I start a new job. I had to wait the rest of the week for 2 other quotes so I could have some comparison. Other companies had 3-4 week waits just to give an estimate. J & J Fence has very affordable prices and the quality of work is fantastic. It was raining most of the week they were putting up our fence and they had to deal with a lot of extra roots and trees and other obstructions in the way of where the fence needed to be. It had rained for three days straight and the only brake in rain for finishing up the last part of the fence (adding the door) was early Saturday morning. Joe came by right away and made sure the job was finished so we could take our pups out of boarding. They we're very responsive and wrote us a personal thank you card. Natalie was an absolute joy to work with. Great with communication and always on time. She was tireless with the installation, and even helped with things like getting compliance paper work with local village ordinance taken care of. And it was getting installed right before that bad snow that took 2 weeks to melt away. She would apologize over and over about the disruption due to the weather. Like she controlled the weather. haha. But it did get installed and I am very pleased with the outcome. The fence product quality itself far exceeds anything you would find at a big box store.
